Chapter 2

I called T to find out what hospital he was in. The whole way there i was just freaking out. He fell off stage.

That must be a hard blow to his head. Thinking about it had me scared , i didnt even know i was crying.

Becca started rubbing my back. "It's going be okay Mya , Romans 8:28 I know you know it" she tested me.

'And we know that all things work together for the good of them who are called according to his purpose'

Or 'for the good of them who love the lord'

I wiped my tears and started getting myself together. If God be for me who can be against me .

I know God is working on my behalf and in his behalf.

I tried to fill my mind with positive thoughts. Because these negative thoughts werent helping at all.

When we pulled up I rushed to the receptionist. "Here for August alsina"

"Who are you to him ?" She said with an attitude. Lord dont make me have to catch a body tonight.

"His wife, and his two best friends" i showed her my ring and pointed to the rest two in the back.

"Am i suppose to believe that ?" She mugged us.

"Look I know you're doing your Job but-"

"You need to let us in nemo" becca spoke up. She looked at becca slightly shocked. To top it off becca started making a fish face.

"You are very disrespectful and i dont believe you"

"Listen lady , we came out here from naw'leans just to see my best friend- my brother. If you'n let us in i promise you going regret it after" Dennis treathened her.

"Hey hey i need to see August Alsina" when i turned my head , lord knows i myself could've passed out when i saw who it was.

It was Chris Brown. "You know him ?" I asked still in shock. Yall had to see Dennis face. He was muggin the hell outta Becca. She was in a daze.

"Yeah i do" he looked at me and smiled. "Well good then can you explain to this nemo look alike that we his friends and thats his wife before I jump over her desk" becca suddenly snapped.

He chuckled " I heard alot about yall" he looked at them "Especially , you Miss Mya" he looked at me and i blushed. Well thanks August.

He talked about me ? Why do i feel giddy inside?

"Aye they with me " he said and we followed behind him. I stuck my tongue out at the receptionist as becca smirked.

We walked until we saw Cha and the kids and his mama waiting outside.
"Heyy guys, how's he doin"

His momma answered "We havent gotten word on him yet "

I sighed. Chris patted my shoulder " He going be straight , August a fighter" I smiled a bit.
Him being here felt so surreal. No kidding.

However i wasnt sure if i had to be mad at August or nah. Because i told him.

I told him just the night before. Then bam he in the hospital.

"Family of August?"

We all rushed up to the Docter. "Okay right now August is in a deep sleep. He passed out due to dehydration but he took a pretty hard blow to the head. He's got a pretty bad concussion. Which resulted in him getting a seizure after so we need to keep him in for observation"

I sighed and i felt my tears rushing down again. Seizures ? What the hell?
Now he in coma too. Atleast its not so bad. It could've been worse.

"Can we see him now tho ?" Chris asked.

"Yes two people at a time, wife and parents can stay overnight"

"Mya go alone, i know you prolly wanna talk to ya mans i'll come in a bit later" Cha said. I nodded and walked in.

There were wires attached to him and this mask on his face.

The sight made me wanna cry to be honest.

"Hey sugababy" I sat the chair closer to him so i can be closer to him.

"You cant do without me can you?"

"I specifically told you to not be on the clock all the time , yo health more important"

"But no ,Mya's not there so i'm just going do what i want " i mocked his voice.

"See now look at you" i felt my tears rushing back in again.

"You gotta get up soon baby" to see him looking lifeless made me feel worse.

"I know now how it feels to be on your end just waiting for me to get up" i rubbed his hand.

"I know you could hear me , Because when i was in coma. I heard everything. All the beautiful promises you made to me"

"You need to wake up to fullfill them bebe" i carressed his face.

"All yuh talks about using the people studio and beats without permission? Yeah i heard them" i chuckled.

"Remember when i told you if something happen i'm comin down to fire some people , as soon as you wake up bussiness finna get dealt with" i said seriously.

"You cant be riskin you're life like that when you got a whole family at home. We still have some babies to make " I smiled down on him. Talking to him made me feel better actually .

I kissed his cheek. I sat in the chair.
And I waited. Everyone came in one by one . Joked around befo they left we gathered around him and we prayed for him.

Then it was back to waiting on my baby.

I put my chair close to him so i can hold his hand and then get comfortable in the chair.

I wasnt bout to leave my bae all by himself.

"Goodnight my baby" Right before i closed my eyes becca opened the door and peeped through.

"Hey babygirl just letting you know we finna crash wherever Cha and em staying. " i nodded " aight bff i love ya girl "

"I love you too yall be safe na " ugh August accent was now rubbing off on me . Lord help me .

I kissed his forehead said a lil prayer and got comfortable on the chair. You done know ya girl was out like a light.
