Lilly's and Darky's first Christmas! Pt. 2

Wilford's POV
Me and Mark sit next to the tree the kids were napping so we thought we all could decorate a little bit. Dark well he was getting ready for his parents coming. We walked to the front door and grabbed his keys for the sorts car.
"I'm heading if I don't come back tell Darky and Lilly I love them so damn much!" Then he walk out the door. When I know he was fully gone I got up and to my room bumping into some of the stuff, tables, and wall on the way. I got there went under the bed.
"Ah ha! Found it!" I said I pulled out a small box I open it to see that necklaces was still in tact. I sighed. Elise walked in with Mark behind her.
      "Wilford you ran faster then the Flash what's the hurry?" She asked I smiled putting Dark's gift in the drawer that was in my bedside table.
      "Sorry I just had to check if my gift to Dark was still in its place... Last night we did things..." I said they both snickered "he had to go under the bed and he almost saw it." Then mom and Lilly walked in.
      "Papa..." She said a little tired. "Can I open one gift now?" She asked I smiled. She let go of mom's hand and walked over to me. I bent down to her level.
"Soon when Daddy comes home. How about you help ma bake some of Daddy and Papa's favorite cookies!" I smiled Mom looked at me with a smile.
"Chocolate chip and double chocolate cookies?" Mom asked I nodded. Lilly nodded taking mom's hand and walking to the kitchen.
"Don't tell anyone but I'm going to take Lilly to see the Southern lights at the Kentucky horse park tomorrow.." Mark smiled Elise did to.
"But why?" Elise asked looking at a picture of me and Dark in LA in front of the tree when we went ice skating for the first time in forever.
    "So I could have some father daughter time.. I've been thinking to take Lilly out every week..just me and her!" I said getting up. "W e really haven't been outside the house a lot so I thought it would be a good idea to take her out once in a while." Mark smiled and nodded.
"I think that's a great idea!" He said "but it takes about 3 hours to get there! You might want to leave tonight.. When does it start?" I thought for a minute.
"Around 5:30... But it goes till ten.." I said walking out. "I hear people talk about it all the time! And I think Lilly might like it!" We walked to the living room Anti and Kate hung up some holy, Dad and Host were putting the stockings on the fire place, I could smell the cookies Mom and the kids were making. "Maybe I should leave tonight... After Host tells us about Dark's Christmas past!" I heard Host laugh a bit.
     "Good choice! Now can you guys stop standing around and help us?" Kate said she was on Anti's shoulder putting up mistletoe. We nodded and got to work.

-time skip-
     "Mom you'll like Darky!" Dark said walking in. His mom behind him along with his dad. I heard a crash for the kitchen.
      "SHI*!" Kate yelled I ran to the kitchen Mark behind me.
     "Kate it's okay! Those were brunt anyway!" Mom said Kate was holding her hand.
     "Not that I brunt my hand on the pan..." Kate said Mom walked over to her. Dark came running in.
    "Is everything okay?" He asked they nodded. "Okay good is Darky still sleeping?"
    "No she's in her room with Host... He's like a father himself!" Mom said looking at Kate's hand. Dark nodded and walked away.
     "Dinner might be a little delayed Master I'm sorry!" Kate said mom looked at me. I gave her an awkward smile and laugh.
    "Master?" She put a hand on the counter and her hip tapping her foot. Kate looked at me then her she lowered her head.
     "She calls me that time to time... It's not anything mom..." I said backing away. I ran to Darky's room. Dark and Host were in there.
    "Host.. Is she okay?" I heard Dark say.
    "Host thinks it nothing to bad.. It is flu season" Host said "just some medicine and Little Darky should be okay!" I walked in.
    "Hey Dark after dinner and when Host tells the story for tonight.. I'm taking Lilly to that place I told you about.." I said he nodded Host smiled holding Darky. She was on the urge of crying. Then I saw Dark's mom at Darky's door way. She was staring at Host who was holding Darky.
"M-mom! Umm... Mom this is Darky... She has a cold so I don't know if you want to hold her!" Dark said she nodded. Host handed Darky to Dark who handed her to their mom. She smiled at Darky. I looked at my watch.
"Host do you want to tell the story then we'll eat dinner?" I asked Host nodded walking out. I followed.
    "Come on children let's continue our story!" Host said the kids ran to the tree. "Now where were we? Oh yes!" Host took his seat by the tree. We took our places where we were last night. Dark's parents sat next to my parents. "The girl in front of the boy pulled him out of bed. 'But ghosts aren't real!' The boy said. The girl oh how her smile could lit the room. She took a stuff off her back. She lifted it up and to the past they went! After all the smoke cleared Dark heard laughing of two best friends playing as kids. Little did Dark know this would be something he will cherish forever!"
     "Wait! PDA is not good for kids Host!" Dark said. 
    "Shush Daddy it's just getting good!" Lilly said we all laughed
   "What happened Host?" Markus asked Host smiled.
  "He saw a kid and his best friend playing.. Dark remember that day very well indeed! For that was the day he knew he was in love.. A feeling he hasn't felt before. Because of his heart made of coal! As the Dark and Wilford in front of him play with their toys and more the ghost behind him smiled with glee and hope. 'This was the happiest day was it at not?' She asked Dark nodded 'my first Christmas with Wilford my love... The that left for a girl he hated so much so..' He replied. The girl behind him frowned she didn't enjoy seeing the boy blue.. Especially on Christmas Eve... But this past was important to tell him that he must fun for that the future Christmases will might be his last.... 'My child we can move on if you like you knows what happens next in this time correct?' She asked Dark looked down tears start to shed from his eyes. 'No I want to know what will happen..' He said looking at the kids. Boy Dark looked at his friend. 'Wilford can I ask you something?' The child asked Wilford nodded looking up from his book. 'Do you like me?' Was all he said Wilford gave him a warm smile. Dark looked away with his face red like a berry. His face turned back to face his friend as soft lip were placed on his. Surprised at first he lean in kissing back with love and passion. They were like that for a minute till Mark, Host, and Elise came in. 'I KNEW IT!!' Yelled Elise Dark was redder than ever if that was possible. The ghost behind him smiled at with symphony. 'C-can I go home now?' He asked she nodded heading to another place in time. 'This is not my room!' He said. 'I know but you should see this!' She said. They were in a hospital. Dark in that bed. Wilford by his side. 'Dark I'm sorry you didn't deserve this!' He cried 'please stay with me..' The pink man pled. Dark looked down knowing what this was. 'Take me home..' The ghost nodded taking him home. When he got back he saw he was in bed. The girl was gone he saw the clock as it said one he fell back to sleep thinking it was all a dream!" Host finished. "Host is sorry.. But dinner is ready then it is time for bed." The kids sighed.
"Dinner!" Kate yelled everyone got up.
    "I'll be in there in a minute..." I said Dark nodded walking to the dining room. "Lilly after dinner... Get some toys okay... We're going to have a long drive! I have a surprise for you but it takes forever to get there okay..?" She nodded "also get a blanket it's going to cold... I'll get some other stuff." She smiled.
"Wilford dinner!" Kate yelled again me and Lilly laughed I got up and walked to the kitchen. I took my seat and Lilly took hers.
"Oh Wilford I forgot to asked but what happened to Victoria?" Dad asked I choked on my drink. I hit my chest with a fist.
"W-why do you ask?" I asked Dad looked at me.
"Are you keeping something from us Wil?" He asked I pressed my lips together and looked around.
"Ummm... I-I told you dad s-she left... Three months after Lilly was born..." I said he put down his utensils and gave me a glare. "Do you disagree?"
"The Jim brothers say she was killed... By you or a car crash... Which one is it William?" He asked I sighed Lilly looked at me with innocent eyes. My hart skipped a beat.
"Yes... She was kill... Murdered... By someone that loved her more than me... He just didn't have time to ask her... He tried to kill Lilly multiple times... I don't want Lilly in danger so that's all I can say about her death... But just know I would never kill my love..." I said looking down at my plate. I could feel everyone looking at me. "Ahem... Lilly you done?" She nodded I got up picking her up.
"Wilford where are you going?" Dad asked I turned around.
"To have some time with my daughter... See you when I get home.." I said walking to Lilly's room. I put her down. "Get some toys okay? I'll get you a blanket and iPad.." She nodded going to her toys. I walked to her bed and picked up her wolf blanket that my mom made for her before she was born. I also got her iPad. I grabbed her kitten backpack and put the stuff inside. She walked over to me and handed me three of her favorite toys. One Mark and Amy gave to her, Elise gave her, and one I gave her. She doesn't go anywhere without the one I gave her. The fox stuffie. Mom walked in and put the inhaler in the backpack to.
"Have fun and a safe trip... I put instructions on how to use the inhaler.... And some snacks if Lilly gets hungry!" She said I smiled and hugged her.
"Thanks mom... I'll get her McDonald's or something... Those could come in handy if I'm on the free way." I said letting go.
     "Where you going? You seemed mad when your father asked you about Victoria." Mom said I looked down. "You don't have to answer that..."
"Thanks now I must go! Me and Lilly have a big day tomorrow!" I said picking up Lilly's bag, then Lilly. "I'll see you when I get back love you!" I kissed her cheek like I did when I was a kid and left. I stopped at the door and put on Lilly's coat, scarf, hat, and gloves. What I don't want her to get sick. I put on my coat and gloves. I grabbed my keys, took Lilly's hand, and walked to the car. I put her in her seat in the back. "Okay get some sleep... We're going on a trip just me and you... Okay?" She nodded I pulled out her blanket after I took off her winter stuff. I kissed her head, shut the door and got to my spot up front. I started the car after I checked that I had everything. "Off to southern lights we go!"
