I used to think my life was perfect. But I was wrong. Nothing- and no one- is perfect. There’s always something that’s a little odd. A little out of place. A little…. something. A lot of people are bullied at my school. I was a bully once. But it was only a matter of time until I became the victim.
You see, I was the popular girl at school once. Rich, pretty, big house, big mouth, 3 million friends, small brain. But a few months ago, my family went broke. Dad got into a fight with the manager at his work and lost his job. So my dad sold our house, we stayed at my aunty Sally’s and we thought everything would be okay. And it actually was, up until my mum found an apartment. Even though there was dirty carpet everywhere, the wallpaper had cows all over it, and was on the 10th floor of a building with nine flights of stairs and 0 elevators, mum thought it was ‘cute’. I said that I actually KNEW that it was ‘a pigsty’. Mum wouldn’t change her mind, and bought it.
We didn’t have much money left, only about $1000 (because my little brother Randy handed his out to his school mates). Luckily we had food from our old house. So we lived off that, healthy low sugar stuff like salad, cheese, some fruits, and a million bottles of water.
But when we only had 1 bottle of water and a piece of cheese with suspicious blue specks on it, dad finally decided to find a new job.
