It was finally lunch, and I ended up having every class with Andrea. After our last class, she showed me my locker and told me I could sit with her, and a few of her friends if I wanted.

Considering she was the only person I met today, I accepted the offer and followed behind her to the cafeteria.

Once we got there, she introduced me to all her friends. "Guy this is Elle, Elle this is Caroline, Riley, Sadie, Aaliyah, and Kendall" she said making her way from the left of the table, and around.

"Hi. It's nice to meet you guys. I'm Elle" I introduced myself adding a smile at the end, so they knew I wasn't some stuck up rich girl.

Even though I don't care what people thought of me, it was my first day here and I needed to make some friends. So right now first impressions mattered.

During lunch, I got to know more about the girls I was sitting with and they got to learn stuff about me. I didn't mention the part about me being here before, because I wasn't sure if I wanted anyone to know about that yet.

It wasn't that I was ashamed or that I didn't want anyone to know, it was just the fact that I had a chance to start over. I had a chance to be the girl I once could of been, and I don't wanna ruin that. I wanna find out if these people would change the ways I once was. If this town will bring me back to the roots, I seemed to have left behind and forgotten.

After lunch I made my way to my next few classes before the day was over. I had most of the remaining classes with some of the girls. But there was one that I didn't have any of them in. And that was Spanish.

I never liked Spanish class and the fact that I was now alone in it, made it all the worse.

I walked in not knowing what was going on, and the fact that I was late made it even more awkward.

"Hello, you must be our new student" the teacher said once she noticed the class had stopped paying attention and was looking in the direction of the door.

"Yeah, I'm Elle. Sorry I was late, I couldn't find the class" I wanted to let her know that was the reason I was late, and not the fact that I just hated Spanish class all together.

"It's okay, I understand. Find a seat in any one that is opened" she said adding a nice smile at the end.

I slightly smiled back and made my way to an empty seat in the back that caught my attention. Maybe back here she won't notice me hating her class.

I took my seat, which apparently was in the right place for kids who didn't wanna pay attention and I kinda regretted sitting here. Even though I hated the class, I didn't want a bad grade and not pay any attention at all.

Once the class was over, I made my way to my locker to put all my stuff I didn't need in there and get everything I did, out.

I made my way to my locker and when I got there Andrea was standing there with a huge smile on her face.

"So, how was your first day? Did you like all the teachers? Did you make any friends?!" She asked, adding questions before I even had the chance to process the one before it.

When she was done asking all her question, and I had the chance to answered, I laughed at her and finally answered back with a genuine smile on my face for the first time since lunch.

"Good, yes, no." I tried not to laugh when I answered the last question because I wanted to see her reaction when I gave the answer.

"You didn't make any friends? What about me?!" You could here the panic and hurt in her voice as she shouted back at me frantically.

"I'm only kidding. Of course I made friends. You and who ever you introduced me to. But that's about it." I answered being completely honest with her this time.

"Well that's okay because us girls are good enough for know. We will definitely keep you up to date with everything you need to know don't worry!" with a wide smile on her face after she finished her sentence.

I could tell that she was being honest and they were definitely going to keep me up to date on everything.

"Hey but before we go our separate ways home, let me have your number so we can help each other with the math homework." Andrea said adding a wink at the end because we both knew she just wanted me to give her the answers to the homework.

We exchanged numbers and said our goodbyes, making our way out the doors and to our cars on different sides of the parking lot.

I made my way to my car, unlocking it, and throwing my bag onto the passenger seat ready to finally go home and be done with the day. All I wanted to do right now was sleep, and that's what I was planning on doing once I walked into that door.

And with the thought of going to bed on my mind, I pulled out of the parking lot and made my way home.
