My eyes shot open to the sound of beeping. I look to my right to see Thor holding my hand smiling. The beeping is still going. I am so confused because I am alive...so why is there a beeping noise. Thor let's go of my hand and slaps his watch.
"Shutup!" he yelled at his watch. This was the best thing I have ever woken up to. I look of my left to see my arm has about 50 stitches in it.
"What happened?!" I asked.
"One of the dark elves got you with a spear. Don't worry, I took care of him," Thor said as he handed me a pointy ear.
"Awesome!" I yelled shoving it in my nearby backpack. Thor looked confused and was about to say something when Skye walked in.
"Allie! I heard about the accident!" I hope your okay!" I rolled my eyes. Skye ain't foolin' me now.
"I am fine." She shrugged and gave Thor a juicy kiss right on the cheek. I coughed and Skye gave me a dirty look. I wasn't going to stand for it, she somehow knew she was bothering me, so I flicked her off.
She stuck her tongue out.
I rolled my eyes. And yet, Thor didn't ever see. Our silent fight ended because Eleni entered. She said nothing, just came over and hugged me tight.
"Thank god, I was so worried," is all she said. Following Eleni Captain America walked in.
"Ladies," he started.
"People," Thor corrected.
"Whatever. Anyway, today we are on a mission. To get the head elf and destroy him. Our number one priority." Captain demanded. Eleni and I crossed our arms.
"I don't think so," Eleni was being sassy for the first time.
"Yeah no way," I agreed.
"Why, may I ask?" captain said.
"Because that is NOT our number one priority," Eleni answered.
"Not even close," I followed.
"Than, what is it?" Thor asked.
"To get Megan," Eleni and I said in unison.
"We have too," Eleni said.
"I miss her," I use my puppy eyes.
"Fine." Captain rolls his eyes. "I don't see why we need her, you have the ruby ring on your finger, Allie."
"Captain," Thor starts. "How dare you say that. That girl is like a sister to them. How do you not respect that?"
"I..I..Do. I just...uhhh...forgot." Captain says. He grabs Eleni and leads her out.
"Meet you out there," Skye calls to Captain America. Ugh, why is she still here.
"Let's go save Megan!" Thor yells, picks up Skye heroically, and runs out. I shake my head as I struggle to get up. I get up after about three minutes and slowly make my way out after I tried to get my backpack over my shoulder.
'Wow, thanks Thor,' I think. I finally get outside and realize they are gone. They left me. Eleni?! she would never leave me.
"Allie! Up here!" I look up to see Eleni in Captain Americas arms flying. She looked sad. Like she was crying. I waved back. They flew overhead when I walked two blocks to our house. That was where we thought we could find the most clues. After we got there they landed, Eleni pulled out her key, and unlocked the door. We searched the house up and down. All of us. Except Skye. She stood at the front door watching us.
"Skye we have been looking for hours and you won't do anything," I snapped.
"We'll I am so tired," Skye says.
"We'll I will get you some caffeinated pop for you from the attic," I start to march upstairs.
"WAIT!" Skye yelled.
"I am fine." She started frantically going through couch cushions and looking behind curtains. I knew this was suspicious.
"Well I am thirsty," I say.
"I will get it for you," Skye starts to run up the stairs.
"No Skye," Elenj says. "Allies got it."
But Skye doesn't listen. She just turned around and hustled up the stairs. Me and Eleni both followed her while captain and Thor still searched. She jumped to grab the handle but failed and missed. She fell to the floor with a bang. I hoisted Eleni into my shoulders and she pulled the handle. The stairs fell and we climbed up.
To find Megan.

I should end the chapter here. But....I know it is suspenseful and I really want to read on. So here you go!
She was tied up with rope and had tape over her mouth. She was sleeping on the floor. She looked starving and thirsty. Thor rushed up to see what fell.
"Skye!" we heard him say. "Talk to me. Are you ok?"
Eleni rushed over to Megan and ripped the tape off her lips. Megan yelped a little. I untied Megan and she immediately jumped up.
"WHERE THE &$@(-/4& HAVE YOU BEEN!" She screamed.
"We searched all over," Eleni said. Megan started to cry. I have never seen Megan cry before. She launched herself at Eleni and Eleni even kinda cried a little. Then Megan lunged at me and I hugged her for awhile. I felt so bad for her. Eleni and I have been living in paradise with hot guys and Megan had been locked in the attic for 3 days. I got teary eyed but I held it in. Captain came up quickly and saw Eleni crying and kissed her cheek. He held her hand and stroked if softly.
Megan finally let go of me and I lead her downstairs. She was stunned to see how messy our house was. Captain America was behind us with his arm around Eleni. Thor left earlier to take Skye to the hospital for her leg. Puke. Skye's leg hurts, and Megan has been locked in an attic with NOTHING. Ugh.
"Captain, can you please help Megan?" I plead. He nods and takes Megan and flies her to a restaurant. Me and Eleni are going to walk to the restaurant and meet them there.
"So, why do you think Skye didn't want us to get to Megan?" Eleni asked.
"I don't know what is going on with Skye, but we need to find out," I said.
"Megan didn't have her ring on," Eleni said.
"Wow, I didn't even look," I laughed.
"Do you think Skye was using Megan to get the ring?" Eleni said.
"We'll why would that make Skye want to wreck Megan and keep her away from us?" I asked.
"Maybe because she wanted Megan dead and didn't want you to know she stole Megan's ring?" Eleni thought.
"I don't know." I shook my head. "But I am going to get her."
"Someone is jealous...of Skye's boytoy!" Eleni yelled.
"Shhhh....no because she tried to kill Megan," I say.
"Sure....."
"Well that's half of it. I am ticked she tried to kill Megan but I am also a little jealous." Eleni started to laugh at me really hard and I fell in slow motion. I was about to hit the ground hard and realized someone caught me. I saw the blonde hair on my shoulder, and the British accent.
"Hurry Allie, Eleni, we need to leave."
I turned around to see an army of elves with spears and swords coming towards our town. I see Skye with Thor with her knife and she must be okay. The elves start chanting and people start to run. It's on. I am ready. I look at Eleni. Eleni is ready. Skye hands us two knives and we take them. We stand in a line. I have never been more ready to die in my life. I hope Megan and Eleni are as ready as I am.
