A nurse comes outside and brings me in the building. She leads me to a huge room, that even has a TV. I thank her as I lay down on the bed and think about my day a little bit. So, I was just in the air with some hunky guy that could fly. He was British, and had long blonde hair. Nope. Still don't get it. Still thinking about my rather eventful day. I say up and pulled the curtains away from the window to find a man dressed in a funny flag costume, giving Eleni to a nurse. Eleni! She is ok- I take a breath of relief. I slowly got up and walked to the front door, meeting up with Eleni. We hugged tightly, not saying a word.
2HOURS LATER
"He was so cute!" Eleni squealed about the mystery boy that saved her.
"So was mine, his eyes were beautiful!" I smiled. We were eating our hospital lobster dinner. After the dinner we climbed in our beds. For some reason, I feel as if something is missing. Maybe that really cute blonde guy that saved me.
"Eleni," I started. "How do you think those people saved us? We were in a basement, full of fire. It is impossible, for a person to go in, and come out, and go fly. It's impossible." I just kept shaking my head.
"I honestly, was thinking the same thing. But, Allie I don't want to think of it. I don't want to think of the thoughts I had right before I thought I was going to die." Eleni answered.
"Goodnight," I said. And Eleni replied with the same thing. I fell asleep with no problems.
I awoke with a start when Eleni started to scream.
"WHATS WRONG ARE YOU OKAY!" I yelled. In the dark I could faintly see Eleni start to shiver.
"Megan," Eleni whispered. We automatically both got up and started to raid every room in the hospital.
"Split up," I said as I went right and Eleni went left. I push open a door to see a little girl eating chocolate cake in a hospital bed. "Nope," I say under my breath as I turned to leave. I go through multiple rooms and see many gross things. An old man taking a bath, a guy turning into an elf, a woman with a broken arm and more. But no Megan. Eleni and I meet back up at our room and we both confirm Megan isn't here. We grabbed our stuff and snuck out of the Hospital. We tiptoed on to our street and climbed into a window in our house.
"why didn't we just go through the door?" Eleni asked.
"Because it seems like we are ninjas when we go through the windows," I answered. Eleni rolled her eyes. We walked in to the kitchen to see dark elves going through our cabinets.
"Listen you-" Eleni covered my mouth.
"Shhhh..." she whispered. We snuck into the dining room and down the stairs into the basement. We went down to find the basement burnt. We went to the corner where we all almost died and found nothing. Nothing but black cement except the outline of Megan's body. This was scary. Eleni screeched.
"Shhh..." I said. I didn't know what this means. Is she dead....is she alive....I don't know.
"What does this mean," Eleni asked.
"I am not sure," I answered. Just then we heard boots on the stairs we both hid in the corner behind the heater and ducked.
"Did you find it, Fritz?" I heard an elf say.
"Nope. Just plates and a few bowls. Also a One Direction poster.." the other one said. I nudged Eleni.
"I thought I told you to get rid of those," I whispered. Eleni shrugged and smiled.
"FRITZ WE HAVE TO FIND IT OR THE DARK ELF WORLD WILL TEAR. TEAR RIGHT. IN. HALF." I am not sure what they are trying to find, and why they are looking in our house but I wanted out. Immediately.
