Chapter 1

*Narrator*

*Christmas Eve*

The Moore sister's are getting ready to host their Birthday Party... On Christmas Eve. It's their 16th Birthday and their Cousin Jacob was coming over.

Megan was the first one to get up that morning. Their room was the basement. She went upstairs to see if their mom was home. Surprise, surprise she wasn't. Their mom was always at her boyfriends house with THEIR new baby. Megan goes downstairs to wake up her two sisters, Alexis and Lynsey. (They're triplets). Alexis woke up next. Then Lynsey. They all go upstair.

"What are we going to do? Everyone is going to be here in 3 hours, and Mom hasn't bought anything!" Alexis worries.

"We still have to host it because everyone is expecting a party!" Megan says.

"Um, I will go to the store and buy food and decorations. Thank goodness the car is here," Alexis shouts hurrying out the door.

"It would be so much easier if dad were here." Lynsey says under her breath.

*1 hour later*

Alexis arrives back home, with what she could find at the store. They put the food away and decorate the house. They hurry down to their room to get dressed.

Megan picks a striped white, blue, and pink sweater, washed out jeans, off-white converse, with a light pink slouch beanie and infinity scarf.

Lynsey chooses a tan and black tribal sweater, with black leggings, a maroon infinity scarf, with brown folded down combat boots.

Alexis selects a maroon sweater, with black leggings, and black combat boots.

Alexis curls her dark blonde hair and pins it half up half down, with a black bow.

Megan curls her reddish, brownish hair and puts it in a waterfall braid.

Lynsey puts her ombré hair in a messy bun with a bow.

*2 hours later*

Everyone arrives... Including their mom...
