Recently I've found it harder to stay on track. Pushing myself to keep on going.
From suggestions given to me by online friends, I checked out subliminals (again) out of curiosity. Tried to use them in a positive mindset, but I'm sure that they haven't made a visible difference.
My diet fluctuates but I'm trying to get it back under my control. I've grasped control over what I eat before and I'm sure that I can do it again as long as I muster the willpower.
NOTES: I've found an exercise that gets rid of bloating after meals!
Lay on your bed with everything from your shoulder blades and up hanging off the side in the air. Then slowly do crunches with your head off the side and you'll see all of those nasty gasses leave your body 👀
