Day 1

Jonathan hated the Christmas season; it was just a fact. He hates how everyone got during the holidays. He would rather spend it inside where he didn't have to deal with everyone. And yet here he found himself on December 1st Christmas shopping with his best friend Luke at the mall.

"I don't know how in the world you managed to convince me to go," Jonathan mumbled as he slightly glared at people who bumped into him.

"Come on Jonathan you gotta get your spirits up. It's Christmas," Luke said using his hand to show everything.

"It's not Christmas yet there's 24 days til Christmas," Jonathan said.

"Alright Mc Scrooge," Luke said as they almost entered a random store.

"Can't I just wait for you out here," Jonathan said looking at the store distastefully.

"Yeah sure maybe you should go see Santa maybe he'll bring your Christmas spirit up," Luke said pointing towards the Christmas attraction behind them.

"Hardy har har you're so funny just hurry up," Jonathan said as he walked towards the benches near the attraction.

Jonathan looked up and scoffed at the store Luke had entered in. He didn't even bothered and just looked around the mall. There was a second floor to the place and Jonathan could only cringe at how much he would have to walk today.

"You look depressed," a voice said snapping Jonathan out of his thoughts.

He looked behind him and it was an elf who talked to him.

"Aren't elves supposed to be short," Jonathan said making the elf smirk.

"And isn't Mc Scrooge supposed to be old," the elf replied making Jonathan roll his eyes.

"What did you want," Jonathan said quickly.

"To put a smile on your face. I'm normally supposed to do with children but I guess I can make an exception for you," the elf said as he handed Jonathan a candy cane.

"Thanks I feel so special," Jonathan said sarcastically.

"You should be," the elf said and looked forward.

Jonathan did the same thing and saw Luke walking towards him with several bags in his hands. Luke looked at the elf then back at Jonathan and just smiled.

"You shop fast," Jonathan mumbled getting off the bench.

"Yeah and you seemed to made a new friend," he said nodding towards the elf.

"No." "Yes." Jonathan and the elf said at the same making Luke chuckle.

"You can go home if you like but tomorrow we are definitely gonna shop together," Luke said as he left his shocked friend.

"Fucking ass," Jonathan said.

"So I guess I'll be seeing you tomorrow then grumpy," the elf said making Jonathan groan.

He was not looking forward to it.
