It wasn't as beautiful and glowing as the time she had been there before, this time it was destroyed. Rubble of the realistic statues littered the floor, debris floated around in the water, Arthur stood in a bubble talking to another girl.

She descended down and emerged through the bubble itself, landing harshly on her knees and hands, right in the middle of Arthur and the woman, panting. She looked up at the girl and admitted what she had been wearing.

"Atlena," the woman gasped, "Daughter of Queen Atlanna."

"Yep, that's me I guess," she muttered, wiping away as much water as she could.

"What are you doing here?," Arthur grumbled.

"I wouldn't be here, but Steppenwolf is already at STAR LABS looking for the last Mother Box," she informs. "We need all the help we can get."

"Why'd it take you so long to get here?," Arthur mumbled.

"You think swimming in a hoodie would make me more streamlined?"

"I think I can fix that," the woman spoke, "I'm Mera."

"And how can you fix my problem here, Mera?," Jamie questions.

"I can do this," and with that materials were flying into the bubble, forming into a ball which was submerged in a sphere of water. The sphere began to glow, the radiance almost too bright for Jamie's eyes, but she couldn't look away. It was magnificent what Mera was able to accomplish. Right in front of her was a suit, similar to what Mera was wearing. "Take your jacket off."

"It's a hoodie," she corrected Mera, but obliged.

The suit then began to wrap around her body, the color turquoise just like her pendant, along with the headgear to match.

"This is pretty cool," Jamie nodded, in awe of her suit. "You should get one made too, Arthur."

"I'm good," Arthur shakes his head. "Suits are for heroes"

"Free the nipple, eh?," she teases.

"Let's go," Arthur jumps out of the bubble.

Jamie looks back at the woman, "Thank you."

Mera smiles, "Go."

And she did, practically racing Arthur to see who could make it to the surface world first. She kicked in the water once and went accelerating forwards, racing as fast as she possibly could.

Her momentum caused her to pass her brother right by the surface and before she knew it, up into the air. Her speed caused her to move so fast that not even contact with the air could break that speed. And that's when she realized, "Oh, fuck." She couldn't fly.

At this point, she was mere yards from the clouds, and this fall could potentially hurt her in some serious way. She opened her eyes in shock, and she was falling. Her perception of time distorted, everything slowed down until there was nothing, only her and the sky above, the sky that seemed to swallow her whole. Her hand reached out, kissing the sky, grasping the endless crevasse of blue. Everything was a blur, a blur that swirled out of existence. Suspended in the air, she closed her eyes and surrendered herself into the infinite sky above.

But she didn't hit the ground, and instead was engulfed by strong arms. Her eyes opened once more to see Clark's familiar face, and that put a smile on hers. He looked down at her, giving her a smile before his eyes began to wander to her plunging neckline, making his flying falter.

"Woah!," she yelped as they decreased in altitude for a moment before going back to normal.

He cleared his throat, "You look good."
