Chapter 42 - We're meant to be together.

"So? Let's go??" Jimin says and we nod. I look at JB who looked amazing in the tuxedo.

"You look amazing!" I say and he smiles.

"You look really pretty!" He says.

"But unfortunately, the color of my bowtie doesn't match with this pretty lady who luckily is my partner." He says which makes me realize that the color of his bowtie is green whereas the color of my dress is blue. My eyes divert towards Jungkook's direction and surprisingly the color of his bowtie is blue.

"We should've decided." I say and he shakes his head.

"It's fine." He says and I smile.

"Where's Tae?" Jamie asks and the boys sigh.

"He went to pick his 'date' from her place." Jungkook says. I look at Yoona who had the look of disbelief.

"Let his do whatever he wants." Jamie says and I nod. It all started to make Yoona realize her feelings but is this going right? Before, Taehyung acted really obvious even Jamie found out but now we're not sure about what's happening.

"Im. Jamie, see we're meant to be together." Sehun says which makes Jamie shocked. He points at his bowtie and then her dress, both were white in color. I look at Jungkook who's smiling like an idiot.

"Yah! Stop smiling. It was only for them. Our's is a coincidence." I say and he shrugs.

"Yeah, but it implies to us as well." He whispers. What????????????????

Him saying stuffs like these suddenly gives me hopes that maybe even he wants something more than friendship, maybe he wants to risk us for a new start?

"Take that shitty thought out of you head." Jamie says which makes Jimin grin.

"So? Shall we leave?" Bambam says and takes Mina's hands. Jimin stands with Yoona and I stand with JB. Jungkook looks at us and rolls his eyes, but he stands next to Jamie. JB asked me to link arms and I nod.

"Jamie? " Mina says looking at Jamie.

"Yassssssss." Jamie says.

"You're going in sports shoes?" Mina asks looking at her shoes. All our eyes land on her shoes. She was wearing her black sport shoes.

"So?" She says.

"Yah! If you go like this with me, my image will get ruined!" Jungkook says.

"Well, you're the on to ask me Mr. Playboy, now pay for it!" Jamie says.

"I knew something like this was gonna happen so I bought one." Jungkook says. He opens the box and takes out a white pair of shoes, it was comfortable, and there was no heel.

"I-I think I'll wear something else." Jamie says looking nervous.

"Just put this on." Jungkook says handing them to her. She looked hesitant and nervous looking at the shoes that Jungkook gave her.

"Jamie, why do you look so nervous?" Yoona says.

"What if there's something...." Jamie says. She's already gone through a lot because the accident. Even if she didn't show it and acted all ok, we know how hurt she was inside, how broken she was.

"Yah! It wasn't me before." Jungkook says.

"I know, but-

"Jamie, just trust him." I say and smile at her. She looked hesitant before, she looked at Sehun and he nodded. WTF?!

"Jamie? Are you sick?" I ask.

"No." She says wearing the shoes.

"Since when did you need other's permission to do things?!?!?!?" Yoona asks and she looked at her confused.

"What? Look I'm Im Jamie-

"Yeah, and I'm Lee Hyeji, we all know, everyone's so weird today, let's go!!" I say pulling JB outside. All of us leave for the Prom Night. We reach the school and see people going inside.

"Guyssss!!!!" Yugyeom says. We look at the him and our jaw drops. How do these guys look so god damn fine?! We took so much time to get ready and they're taking all the lime light from us?! Damn you guys!

"You guys look good together!" Mina says to Chaeyoung and Yugyeom.

"ChaeGyeom couple rocksss!!!!" Jamie shouts which makes both of them blush.

Both of us head inside and the most shocking part of everything was, Taehyung had his arms linked with Yoora, and, he ignored us....
