Jeongguk had used the times when Taehyung was outside or taking a nap to prepare a gift for him. Hopes that the older will like it because it would mean a lot to him.

Today is the day when the CEO takes his future husband out on a date.

Taehyung remembers to stay in bed, can already smell the delicious food Jeongguk is preparing for them.

Not even ten minutes later, there's a knock on the door. "Come in." Taehyung says loud enough, adjusting himself into a sitting position.

Jeongguk opens the door with his ellow and smiles when he sees Taehyung waiting expectantly. "Hey there, good morning did you sleep well?"

The older nods. "Very well to be honest." He makes space for the other who sets the tablet down on the nightstand.

"Mind if I eat together with you in your bed?" Jeongguk looks at him before he sits down, hopes he wouldn't say yes.

"Of course I don't mind Ggukie, let's eat hm?"

Jeongguk's smile grows bigger than before, he raises the blanket and crawls underneath it. "It's so warm, I like it." Snuggling closer to his man, he turns his body to fetch the food and places it on his covered lap.

"It looks delicious and the smell is so mouth watering." Taehyung praises him, knowing well how much Jeongguk loves it.

The younger shyly sucks his lower lip in before saying a small "Thanks."

Taehyung wants to coo but he doesn't, he's hungry and dies to have a taste of the breakfast.

Jeongguk notices him staring at the eggs and chuckles. "I'm sorry, here take your food. Eat well Hyung." He gives him his plate and waits until Taehyung digs in then he does the same.

They talk a bit about these and that, it's peaceful and nice. They could get used to it.

When both are full, they get up. Jeongguk already has done his morning routine so Taehyung is going to do it now, after the other has left the bedroom. He dresses himself in pretty but comfortable clothes and looks at himself in the mirror. People used to think that his fashion is not up to date but he doesn't care. It's his style and he has to like it, strangers can suck his little toe with their opinion.

They meet again downstairs, Jeongguk is wearing a white elegant shirt with black jeans. Taehyung must admit that he always looks hot, even if he's just wearing sports pants and an old shirt, mostly in white or black.

"Are you ready?" Jeongguk pulls him out of his staring, he didn't notice that he had stopped at the second last step to look at him.

"Uh, as ready as one can be." He chuckles and takes the last steps until he stands next to his friend. "Let's go?"

"Alright Mister Kim Taehyung, be prepared for a great day with me." Jeongguk winks, bringing his angled arm out for Taehyung to intervene.

The older grins, raises his head a bit and does what is expected, he takes Jeongguk's arm with one hand and hooks his other arm in.

They go to the door and laugh. They wouldn't fit through it this way so they part and walk outside. It was nice while it lasted, even though it was only for a few seconds.

Taehyung had never asked where they will go to for the date and Jeongguk was positively surprised. When the car stopped in front of a big building, Taehyung's eyes widen. "Art exhibition?"

"Yes, you like it?" Jeongguk smiles, seeing the other's happy expression.

"Like? Gguk, you know that I love art, especially paintings, so much." The older opens the door and steps out, his gaze never leaving the big pictures displaying on the wall.

Jeongguk follows his action and walks around the car to stop right next to him. "Ready when you are." He holds his arm out again and they repeat what they did at home. Fortunately the entrance was big enough to fit both of them at the same time.

Taehyung looked at each picture with interest, tells a few facts about the painter and Jeongguk is impressed by his knowledge. "I have a question Gguk."

"What is is Hyung?" The CEO hopes he won't embarass himself by not knowing the answer since he wasn't as educated as the other is when it comes to art.

"The pictures in your office, I really know a lot of artists, especially when they're this good but I couldn't tell who draw them." It disturbed Taehyung for a while now, he had searched on Google but there weren't any results.

Jeongguk chuckles, finds it cute that Taehyung thinks it was a famous artist. "They're mine, I draw them."

A gasp makes him smirk. "What? Are you surprised your friend is more than just a workaholic?"

"No but Gguk, they're amazing!" Taehyung can't believe it, he needs one of his works in his own four walls.

"Thank you Hyung, it means a lot coming from you." Jeongguk's eyes tell that he's saying the truth and Taehyung suddenly feels the urge to hug him but since they're in public he can't do it.

"Let's go home, we're done here." The older announces suddenly, taking Jeongguk by surprise. They're there for around an hour, he had planned to be here for one more but he's not mad about it.

"Okay, I have a small gift for you in my office." Jeongguk's leading them out of the exhibition.

"Really? But I don't have anything for you." Taehyung pouts sadly.

"Today is about you, I didn't expect you to give me something in return. You already gave me so much just by being on my side." It sounds so cheesy but Jeongguk doesn't want to hold back how grateful he is.

Taehyung looks at him, can't think of an answer. He's too emotional right now and afraid to say anything stupid he'd regret later on. The younger understands and opens the car door so he could get in.

The drive home is uneventful, they sing along the songs and don't talk much.

Jeongguk asks Taehyung to sit down in the living room after the entered the house. "I'll be right back with your gift."

Taehyung only nods, watching the younger disappearing into his office. He's guessing what it could be, maybe flowers?

The CEO comes back with a big covered item in his hands. Taehyung would be an idiot if he wouldn't know what it is, he stands up and covers his mouth. "Ggukie, is this one of your drawings?" It's suppressed behind his palms.

Jeongguk smiles sweetly. "Yes, I saw how you looked at them so I made one for you." He uncovers it and sees how Taehyung's jaw drops.

"Is this- You draw me? Oh my God, it's so beautiful." He walks closer, takes it out of Jeongguk's hands and with a last long glance places it carefully on the ground. "Thank you so much, I really love it." He wraps his arms around the younger's middle, pulling him into a tight hug.

Jeongguk hears how his heart beats louder than before, he's sure that Taehyung is able to heart it too so he leans back a bit but not enough to get out of his arms.

They look at each other for what feels like minutes. Taehyung doesn't hesitate when he leans in and without a warning closes the gap between their mouths for a gentle kiss.

Neither of them wants to pull back, what has started as a simple pressing of two pairs of lips, soon turns into a passionate kiss with Jeongguk's arms hooked around Taehyung's neck.
