Noelle's POV
I woke up in the morning in the bed, alone. I got out, put on fresh clothing, and stretched for a bit. Suddenly, I heard some whooping sounds coming from the hallway. I entered, and behind me, was a growling sound.
I held my breath, and slowly turned around. All I saw was the flash of red marks, before something slammed into me, and I was completely dazed.
Winter's POV
I ran to see what all the racket was. I cradled April in my arms. What I saw was horrifying. A huge beast loomed over my mother, who was dazed.
Now what happened next, I'm not going to say, because it scarred me for life. Especially because of how it happened. To sum it up, the creature killed April. I screamed, very loud, and began to cry.
That snapped my mom right out of her daze. She got up, and went to me.
"Winter, I'm so sorry-" my mom began to say.
"NO! I'M TIRED OF THIS! YOU AND DAD ALWAYS FIGHT, AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS!" I shouted at her, and ran off.
Noelle's POV
I went over to Pyro.
"What did you just do.... No, what did we just do. Winter's right. This is our fault. Honey, we need to stop fighting, things will only get worse-"
Pyro pushed me aside with his axe, and began to walk off.
Out of frustration, I shouted, "ARGH, PYRO THIS IS SO LIKE YOU! YOU NEVER LISTEN, AND YOU JUST DO THINGS YOUR WAY! LOOKS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DO!" I sighed, and took a shaky breath. "We're supposed to be a team, Pyro. And I'm trying, I really am."
Pyro stopped, and turned around. "I'm not the selfish one. You are, you mental freak."
Wow, I know Pyro can be mean, but that was just plain cold. I stormed off in the other direction.
"What would your father think of you." I muttered. I knew Pyro heard it, because he growled back.
I found Winter on the porch outside, bawling. I sat down next to her.
"You want to talk about it?" I asked.
"NO! NEVER AGAIN!" she roared.
Something strange happened. Red marks appeared all over her, and her eyes glowed red. I backed up.
"Winter, I think you need to calm down-"
She roared immensely, and morphed into a demonic dragon. Her teeth were pointed, tail devil tipped, ram-like horns, and fire bands around her tail, neck, legs, and on the tips of her wings.
I looked at myself. My body lit up with the same marks. Without warning, Winter fused with me. We were a huge demonic dragon, with marks all over us. We had four wings, a robotic eye, and two robotic legs. Our back was covered in metal spikes. Our tail was devilishly tipped, and had flames floating around it. We had two sets of horns, ram-shaped, and four eyes, the color of red blood.
We ran off, to the city. We killed many innocent people, and destroyed most of the city.
"Winter, stop!" I told her in our mind.
"NO, NEVER! YOU TOOK AWAY WHAT I LOVED MOST, ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR STUPID FIGHTING!" she replied.
Pyro and Zane approached us. They fused together into a dark blue dragon, with emerald green eyes, four wings, a sharp tail, and horns like an antelope. The battle was on.
But I didn't want to fight the ones I loved. Winter had a short temper like her father.
And she wasn't going to calm down anytime soon.
What have we done?
