It's been a few months now and I was surprised to see how well I was doing in all my classes. Dating Alex has really started to change me for the better and I didn't care that I was changing. He wasn't forcing me to change, but being around him made me wanna be a better person.

I also haven't seen Jett or Emily around which made me curious as to what was going on between them. It had to be something because I know for a fact guys aren't allowed in the girls dorm unless they let them and the only way he would of found my room is if Emily told him and it's making me think of all the things that could be going on.

"How did you do on the test?" I heard Alex say in my ear making me smile and give him a quick kiss on the lips.

"I think I did fantastic thanks to you." I said as we walked out together, hand in hand. It was weird for him when everyone stared at us, but I assured him it was because we were both out of each others league. He laughed and agreed but also told me opposites attrack.

We've been dating for a few months and it felt like everything was perfect. Alex had asked me a couple days ago if I would meet his parents this weekend and I agreed immediately. We were gonna stay at their house for the weekend and I was excited to meet his family he talks so highly about.

It was Thursday and we were gonna leave tonight due to our teachers being out Friday for some meeting. "I'm gonna finish packing, meet you at the car alright?" He said kissing my hand and going to his dorm room making me smile and go to mine.

I entered my room and saw Emily sitting there with a look of hatred making me freeze in my spot. "Hey, I haven't seen you around. What's up Em?" I asked grabbing my suitcase and packing all the important clothes needed for his parents house. I made sure to pack the more classy clothes and I kept the sexy lingerie for when we go to bed. I was determined for us to have sex this weekend which made me so excited.

"We need to talk." She said making me stop what I was doing and sit down looking at her.

"What happened? I'm here for you." I said and then I saw her break down crying.

"I've been a horrible friend to you." She said crying harder.

"What on earth are you talking about?" I asked rubbing her back.

"I've been seeing Jett behind your back and now I'm pregnant with his kid and I'm so sorry." She said making me retract my hand and freeze.

"You did what with who now?" I asked shocked to be hearing this news. "Does he know?" I asked feeling bad for my friend.

"He knows and he's excited about it, but I feel like we are betraying you." She said with a sad look on her face.

"Emily I don't give a fuck about him, but I hope you're okay because like it or not but he told me he wasn't gonna stop trying to ruin my life and this might be something he would do." I said sadly. All of a sudden the atmosphere in the room changed.

"No he loves me. It isn't always about you Elena! You aren't always the perfect girl! Not everyone wants to be like you, and your fake fucking self." She said with pure anger and hatred.

"I see." I said calmly and finished packing up my clothes. "I'm sorry you see it that way, and I'm sorry that you don't believe me." I said zipping my suitcase up and sighing softly. "I still love you Emily, and I'm not mad. I'm only worried because you are like a sister I never had and I'd hate to see your heart get broken like mine did. I'll find a new roommate. Congrats on the baby." I finished leaving the room and seeing her break down in tears again.

After leaving the building and walking to Alex's car I noticed he was already inside. When he saw me walking he turned the engine on. I got inside the car with a heavy heart and he must of noticed since he leaned over to my seat and kissed me on the cheek. "Are you okay?" He asked me with a concerned look.

"I'll tell you about it later." I said feeling a tear escape my eye. He wiped it away and kissed me softly before pulling out of the parking lot and making his way to his parents house.

The whole ride was comfortable and I still had a lot on my brain. My best friend just told me she's pregnant with my ex boyfriends child, the one who cheated on me and broke my heart. I'm not mad at her, I knew how he could get. He was at man with a way around words and could get anyone in bed with him.

The fact I didn't lose my virginity to him made me feel better about myself because I didn't waste it on him. I thought I was in love with him but I only loved the idea of him. He was bad and I was bad. It was a wonderful idea but it was never gonna work out.

I just hope Emily realizes the fact that he isn't a good person and will ruin you. He ruined me, he made me worst than I was. My parents tried to warn me but it didn't work because I thought they were trying to control me. Jett filled my mind with all these things and the more I'm with Alex I'm seeing the things he tried to manipulate me with.

"We are here darling." Alex said making me look at the cozy cabin like house. It felt warm and inviting making me excited. It also made me nervous.

"What if they don't like me?" I asked him looking completely terrified.

"They will love you. Just be yourself, okay?" He said making me relax and take a few deep breaths with him. "Time to shine darling." He said getting out of the car and opening the door for me again making me blush. He always makes it a hassle to open the doors for me and be a true gentleman.

We grabbed our stuff and carried to the front door. He unlocked the door and let me in first. The first thing I noticed was the smell of pumpkin pie and it made me feel so warm inside. "Alexander is that you?" I heard a feminine voice come from the kitchen I assumed. Then I saw the person who owns the voice walk out of the kitchen to us and look so young even though Alex told me his parents were both in their 40's. "Oh you must be Elena." She said smiling and wiping her hands on the apron she was wearing. I gave her a smile and shook the hand she held out to me.

"Hi Mrs. Woods." I said softly feeling shy all of a sudden.

"Oh Edward come down here! You must see Alexander and his lovely girlfriend." His mother yelled at the top of the stairs making me giggle. I saw a man come down the stairs and he looked so much like Alex. Same style hair and color. Same facial features except his dad has a full beard that was big and bushy.

"Nice to meet you Mr. Woods." I said holding out my hand. He shook it and gave me a warming smile.

"Call me Edward, and my wife Alexis." He said putting his arm around her.

"Oh shoot, I need to check on the pie. Go ahead and put your stuff away and come straight down, dinner will be done shortly." His mother Alexis said going back to the kitchen and Edward followed.

"You're parents are so adorable." I said to Alex as we walked up the stairs and he led me to a room that wasn't huge but wasn't small. It had a queen sized bed and a big tv hanging on the wall and a big closet and connected bathroom.

"I got the bigger room since I brought a guest with me." He said in my ear making me shiver in delight knowing he was right behind me. He kissed my shoulders making me smile and admire the room. It was a beautiful house all together it was completely a cabin full of warmth.
