Prologue

Hi guys! It's me, Epic_PrincessD, or Miki-chan, as I call myself! :D So, you probably noticed my obsession with royalty and being a princess here, hehe! Well, I'm a very imaginative girl so excuse me for living in my fantasies! Okay, so you've probably read the description but there may be others who didn't so I'll type it here too!

YOSH!

Akasia Ielle suffers from her twin brother's death and her Mom's infirmity. To keep her Mom happy, she crossdresses as her twin brother, Erei.

The Akasia Family is a close relative of the King of England, making Ielle a princess. Although she acts like royalty, she despises the attention and fake people it attracts.

Ielle, being the shy girl that she is, attends Ouran as Erei and encounters the Host Club after being recruited by Suou Tamaki, the club's self-proclaimed King and the Princely Type. She meets him along with Ootori Kyoya, the Cool Type vice-president, Hitachiin Hikaru and Kaoru, the Little Devil Type twins, Haninozuka Mitsukuni, the small Shota Type, Morinozuka Takashi, the tall Silent Type and Fujioka Haruhi, the crossdressing Natural Type.

As time passes by, she begins to feel belonged at the Club. But will she ever get over her twin brother's death which she blames herself for?

And there you have it! That's the description! Now on to the prologue!

Prologue

3rd Person POV

~Flashback: 3 years ago!~

"Hey, Dad, Mom, look at the cat!" A little girl pointed at a black cat on the road excitedly to her parents. They just chuckled at their darling daughter.

"It's a black cat, Ielle! And you know what they say about black cats...", the little girl's identical brother told her scarily, making her cover her face.

"Waah! Noooo! B-b-black cats aren't unlucky, onii-chan! He can hear you, you know! Don't make it sad! And that only goes for others!" She stated, trying hard to be brave. She glanced at the cat. It meowed at her. "Ah! Mom, Dad! I think it's calling me! Can we take him home? Please?" She pleaded. Her mom looked at her husband questioningly. He smiled at her. He stopped the car to the side of the road.

"Alright! Now, be careful, okay? Erei, why don't you go with her?" He told the little lad.

"It's okay, Dad! Ielle is strong! Plus, if Onii-chan comes, the cat might be sad! I can go by myself!" Before anyone could object, the eleven-year old girl got out of the car and walked over to the cat. "Hello, Mr. Cat! I'm Ielle! You wanna come with me?" She held up her hands to the animal. It simply meowed at her and turned around. "Aw! Don't be shy, Mr. Cat! I won't--"

SCREEEEEECH!!!!!

Ielle covered her ears to save them from the deafening sound. There was a crashing noise. When the sound died out, she lifted her head, only to find their car smashed on the right side by a large truck. She ran to it.

"Mom! Dad! Onii-chan!" She kept yelling for them. She reached the car and noticed her Dad carrying her Mom who was unconscious. She looked for her elder twin. She found him half-asleep, his lower body squashed to the door. She made her way to him, crying. "Onii-chan, get up!" She tried pushing the part of the car that was keeping him trapped. He looked at her, his eyes dropping.

"Oh, hi... Ielle...", Erei managed to say. He tried to move but it hurt even more. "Ahh... That hurts...", he said. He looked at Ielle who was still trying to push the metal. Their parents had already escaped the car and their dad was trying to reach them. "Ielle, you have to go... I can't come out anymore...", he weakly told her as he stopped her. She looked at him with tears falling on her face.

"No! No! Don't say that, Onii-chan! I'll help you get out! You'll make it out!" She exclaimed. She continued pushing the metal but to no avail. Her pushing made shards of the window fall on her back. A large shard sliced through her left side. She screamed in pain. Her blood oozed down to Erei's body. He started to cry at the sight of his dear twin sister.

"I'm sorry, Ielle...", he whispered then grabbed her arm and shoved her as hard as he could to his Dad. Erei looked at him pleadingly yet apologetically. He teared up but took Ielle out. "Please take care of her... I love you...", he managed to say. Then he whispered something that Ielle couldn't hear but their Dad did.

"No! Onii-chan! You can't! No! Let go of me! Let go of me! Onii-chan! ONII-CHAN!!!" Ielle screamed, fighting to get out of her father's grip. Her Dad took her to his wife who was still unconscious.

"Listen to me, Ielle. Stay here with your Mom, okay? I'll go back for your brother! Stay here!" He assured her and turned towards the car. But before he could take another step forwards, the car exploded. Scraps of flaming metal came raining down. Her Dad embraced her and her Mom tightly, shielding them from harm. She saw a burning metal scrap land on his back. He let out a cry of pain but endured it. Ielle hugged both her Mom and Dad tightly, looking back at what was left of their car. She cried and cried in their arms.

Erei was gone.

Her elder twin brother was gone.

The boy who was very protective of her and loved her dearly...

Was gone...

Forever...

End of Prologue!

I'm gonna cry! (╥_╥) I hate dying scenes but I always end up making tragic scenes. I hope you shed a tear or two!

If not, Imma be joining Tamaki in his emo corner and grow mushrooms... o(╥﹏╥)o

Once again, I don't own Ouran High School Host Club! It never was and never will! All right go to Bisco Hatori!

Also, this will be based on the manga since it's much more easier to copy the words than watch the series plus the series is too short.

So, our main character will be, Akasia Ielle and her family plus the Host Club! You probably might be wondering why there wasn't a driver when they are like, super duper rich... Well, they were actually returning from a family trip so the chauffeur was given a day-off... Erei will be a major plot point here, guys! So you'll have to remember him too. XD By the way, the vehicle they were riding was a regular car, not a limo.

Kagamine Len is what I picture Akasia Erei to be so excuse the pictures where I pretend Rin is Ielle... But actually, since Ielle cut her hair, if she fixed it a little, she would look like Rin so no problem!

FUN FACT! Black cats are considered to be unlucky in most countries but in Japan, they are symbols of good luck! Explaining what Ielle said.

P.S. Her name is pronounced as A-ka-see-ya Ee-yel... And for her twin, it's pronounced as E-rey! :)
