My love,
You can't imagine the joy I felt when I received you message. I felt brighter than the sun as the blood in my veins turned into honey. I could feel every bit of its sweetness as it circulated my body just as I was opening your letter. I could almost swear every strand of hair on my body rejoicing and eager to read you words.
I'm sorry about Sambo and I'm glad he's fine.  The inheritance of my dad has been shared, I own three houses amongst other things. I believe we have enough to see us through our lives. You could always see that as an option. I fear for you I really do. I can't force you to do what you don't want to but I wish you didn't have to carry the burdens of Nigeria on you.
We could start a farm in Southern Kaduna just as you had always wanted. The air is fresh and soothing, the people are hospitable and nice. And the soil is very fertile. We could work on the farm together I don't mind working with you. We could build a hotel and have someone you trust run it. We could travel the world together, visit the Paris you had always promised to go with me. We could live our dream.
I know I shouldn't  be dissuading you to leave the army to come be with me... I just don't want to loose you.
Please think about it.

With love
Fatima
