El (pov)

we pull up to the Byers house and jumped out of the car as fast as i could and made my way to the door.

"El slow down" i hear Mike say from behind me , but i wasn't listing to him i knock on the door and wait for someone to answer. it was a good minuet till my dad answered but it felt like forever.

"El you're back" he says hugging me 

"Hey dad" i say hugging him back "where's Jane" i say anxiously, it's been a whole week with out her and i missed her like crazy 

"she is through the lounge wi..." but i cut him off by running past him in to the lounge and i see her with Joyce playing with her toys on the floor.i walk over behind her trying to surprise her but Joyce see's me but i give her the sign not to say anything, she nods her head smirking and i bend down quickly grab Jane "Guess who" i say she screams but then turns around and see's me 

"mama" she say's reaching out for me, i quickly pick her up and holder her close to me 

"Hey baby, i missed you so much i am never leaving you alone for that long again" i say softly still hugging her close to me 

"Good to know you missed me to" i hear my dad say sarcastically from behind me 

"i missed you too, it's just you know... she's my daughter" i say going over to my dad and Mike 

"Hey princess" Mike says while taking Jane out of my hands, i was sad i wasn't holding her but i knew Mike missed her as well 

"dada" she say's laughing going into Mike's arms 

"I know honey, i was just messing around" he says hugging me again

"Oh El come over and tell me about the trip" i hear Joyce say from behind, i nod and go over to hug her quickly 

"I missed you" she say while letting go off me 

"I missed you too" i say "was Jane any hassle at all" i say while sitting on the sofa with Joyce 

"umm we are going to the kitchen" i here my dad say, i nod my head and watch Mike, my dad and Jane leave to room.

"so was she" i say back to Joyce 

"No, no she was fine, but she missed you's a lot there where some nights she would just cry and wanted  you's back. But besides that she was fine no bother at all" i just nod my head happy she was ok "so how was the trip, i want to know all about it" 

"it was amazing the hotel was beautiful it had a balcony and it had an amazing vew of the island. it was amazing i swam with a dolphin, went scuba diving, toke a boat trip around the island, explored the island a bit, Mike toke me out almost every night. the whole trip was amazing but i missed Jane so much that some time's it was hard to enjoy my self" i say sighing "i think a week was way to long with out her but i did have a good time" i say smiling 

"Aww it all sounds so amazing i wish i could afford to do all that, you are so lucky" she say smiling at me "but oh well maybe one day huh, so you's staying for dinner" she asks   

"You sure that will be ok with you" i say feeling bad she had done so much for us all ready i didn't want her going through the hassle of making dinner for us

"Oh yeah its fine, i would love to have you's stay it would be nice to have a good catch up with you and Mike" she say's smiling going through to the kitchen, i follow not to far behind "right boy's get out so i can start making dinner" she says while pushing them out the room
