The Pharaoh and His Slave

Chapter 7

Yugi's POV

The second we're behind a closed door, he has me pinned to the wall kissing me and holding me close to him. I pull away from him for a few seconds to breathe. "P-Pharaoh what's wrong," I ask. "I don't like people looking at you like that," he says panting into my neck. "Well I honestly wish I could control some of the looks I was getting from some of them," I say and at the thought of Brad, I tense a little. "Hey what's wrong? You're very tense," he asks. I look down not really wanting to say anything. He frowns and lifts my chin. "You can tell me anything you know. I won't laugh at you or look down at you for anything. If someone or something is making you uncomfortable, please tell me," he says.

"You may not like me for telling you who it is," I say. "Yugi, it doesn't matter who it is. I will ensure that they don't bother you," he says. "I don't want to insult you," I say looking away from him. "You won't insult me and judging by your reaction it's someone that I trust now who is it. Please Yugi. I'm not asking as the Pharaoh. I'm asking as your lover," he says. I look away from him so I can't see his face. "Brad. He hasn't done anything yet, but anytime I'm in the same room as him, he's staring at me like I'm a piece of meat. I'm sorry Pharaoh I wish it wasn't someone on your court. Someone whom you trust," I say tears coming to my eyes.

"I had a feeling you noticed that. I should have said something before. I am so sorry Yugi that I didn't stop this sooner," he says. "What do you mean," I ask him looking at him. "I saw him looking at you at the meeting, but I played it off because you are new and everyone was staring. He also has a bit of a history with taking his affections too far. I've got to talk to him. If he ever makes you uncomfortable again, you come straight to me. I don't care if I'm in a meeting or in the bath," he says. I nod. "Thank you my Pharaoh," I say. "Come on little one. Let's go get some dinner," he says and he nods and they go to dinner.

When they get there, just about everyone is there. Lady Vivian and Lady Rebecca aren't there yet along with Joey. "Hey I thought we'd be last," says the Pharaoh.  "That's a good thing," I say and laugh. I also look around and notice that Brad isn't there. I was about to ask when Joey walks in. "Man I am hungry for some food," says Joey. "Nothing new there," says Mana.  Lady Vivian and Lady Rebecca come in right after. "Yugi," says Lady Rebecca and I internally sweat drop. "Oh hello Lady Rebecca how are you," I ask. "Oh I am doing great. It's so nice being able to come back to the palace," she says.

"I'm glad you're enjoying your stay," says the Pharaoh. "Oh won't you sit by me Pharaoh," says Lady Vivian. "Sorry but I am sitting up here," he says and me and him take our seats. The cooks serve dinner and the light chatter carries on. Lady Rebecca ended up deciding to sit by me. Throughout the dinner, I could feel Lady Vivians glare at me from my seat. I just mentally rolled my eyes. "Hey where's Brad," asks Mahad. "I don't know. He said he wasn't feeling well earlier," says Seto and me and the Pharaoh share a glance. "Something we should know Pharaoh," says Lady Vivian and I could sense there was an underlying sneer.

"Nothing you need to worry about Lady Vivian," he says and nods at Mahad and he nods back. He had been done eating and he gets up and leaves. Seto looks at the Pharaoh. "Again," he says and the Pharaoh nods. He must know whats going on. After dinner is over, Lady Vivian walks up to the Pharaoh. "Would you like me to join you in your quarters tonight or you can come to mine," she says really laying it on. "I already have someone in my quarters tonight Lady Vivian. Now please stop asking. It's always gonna be no," he says and wraps an arm around my waist and starts to walk us away. He decides to make a show of it and grabs my butt. 

I blush as we walk away and I hear a laugh from Mana as we keep walking away. "I want to take you to the palace lake tonight little one," he says. I nod and we go through the palace, but we pass by the chambers and don't stop. "Don't we need to grab some proper clothing for the lake," I ask. "No we won't need," he says and winks at me and I blush. "Won't someone see us," I ask. "I already told the guards within a certain radius to not let anyone come near the lake. Either way, it's normal to catch people in the lake," he says laughing.  I blush more and we reach the lake.

Once we get to the edge he slips off his sandals and jewelry and he pulls his clothes up and over his head leaving him naked. I blush seeing him and he smiles and unclips my top piece and slids my bottoms down and I step out of the clothes and sandals. He slowly guides me into the water and smirks at me. "Don't be shy little one. No one will see us," he says with a smile. I wrap my arms around his neck and he holds me close. "The Gods truely have blessed me with you. You are truly a sight to behold," he says and kisses me beneath the moonlight and it's like magic. The moment was perfect just like the night. I think I might love him.
