(2 1/4 years later) (Liza's POV)

"Mommy Mommy!" I hear a small voice come into my room, getting closer and closer to me.

"Yes Ari?" I say. Then remember the day and sit straight up. "Oh my gosh! How did you get up on your own I was supposed to wake you up and..." two large arms wrap around me. I smile and so does Aria.

"Hi baby." David smiles into my ear. "Coffee is ready. We are taking her to the school in 45 minutes then we will go to Walgreens." I nodded and got out of bed, throwing on some clothes, then changing Aria into something cute.

"You excited baby?" I asked her. She smiled largely.

"Yes mommy. Very." I smiled and hugged her close to me.

We pull into the preschool and Aria grows quiet as if she was afraid.
"You okay sweetie?" David asks her when we park. She does not respond. We get out and I open her door, to see her, hands in her lap, her face tear-streamed.

"Ari, honey, come here." I told her. She gets out of the car and I hug her. David does the same. Tears come one by one as if she couldn't contain them anymore. "It's ok Ari." I cry whisper in her ear. "We'll be with you." I stood up and took her hand, david grabbed her other, camera clutched in his other. He smiled at me and I returned it. Walking in we were greeted by a woman with red hair, who smiled when she saw David.

"Hi! I'm Ms. Incontro! You must be the Dobrik's?" I giggled.

"Not yet, we are engaged though." I said to her. Her smile dropped a bit. "This is our daughter Aria." I kept going, taking note of that drop in smile. I turn around to see my baby running towards me, and I see her. But younger. I feel her hug my legs but I'm not there. Instead I see David in front of me as an infant version of Ari takes her first steps. They were more like stumbles but, you get the point. Then she's older, running to Kristen. Then here. In my arms. Soon in the classroom, crying her heart out as David holds me, walking out to the car. We get in and I cannot contain the tears any longer. David drives, his hand on my thigh.

"You'll be ok Pookie. She'll be okay. I promise." I nod in agreement. I knew today would come. But it has come sooner than I thought. I thought I would be ready, but I guess I was wrong.

-
We park in the Walgreens parking lot and I tell david to stay in the car while I go inside.

I didn't mention why we were here. But he knows.

We are buying a pregnancy test.
