After months of visits, what seemed like millions of papers had been signed. And finally a 1 1/2 year old girl came into our lives. There was some sort of magic that took hold of Liza there. Maybe it was all the smiling faces, maybe it was the fact that people were excited to see us. Maybe she realized this is what she needed. But I'll never know. She spent time with each child before she sat with a smaller child. Their bond was what brought Camilla Sara Dobrik to our house. She is our adopted daughter.

One day when I dropped Ari off at school, I turned my phone on to see the ring I proposed to Liza with 3 years ago. How long ago that was. As if on cue Liza calls.

"Hey babe." She says."I'm starting to plan."

"Plan what?" I joke. "Our wedding" she replies.

Hey guys so I have the last two chapters planned out. 😭 so those will b the next two weeks.
