(Scotty's POV)
"What? Your joking right?" She forced a small laugh but I looked deeper into her eyes. "No. This can't be happening." She grabbed her keys and started to run. I caught her and pulled her into a tight hug.
"Liza. Look at me." She was shaking and crying. "I got the call this morning. She woke up but doesn't remember anything. She went to live with her parents and apparently deleted our contacts. Saying she doesn't remember us." I started to choke on my words. David walked in and saw me and Liza crying.

He dropped his camera. It shattered. He came over and hugged Liza tightly. "Worst part is," I continued. They turned and looked to me. "I was going to propose on that beach. And now I'll never get the chance to." Liza gasped.

"Do you have the ring?" I pulled it out of my pocket and another piece of Kristen's jewelry fell out. Making a clink on the floor. "Scott. Is that the first necklace you ever gave to her?" I smiled.

"Yes. In fact that is"
