Third person POV

They were off to another destination. This time Amelia didn't ask nor did she care where they were going. She was still confused and on edge around Milo.

She was depressed and homesick. She saw the sign read Japan but she just couldn't get happy. She had always wanted to go but not like this.

Milo was getting frustrated with her acting like this.

He wanted to call her ungrateful but it wasn't the right time.

The entire flight she mostly slept or dozed off.

Milo on the other hand flirted his way into getting free stuff from the older flight attendants. He had no shame in what he was doing.

Once they got to their house, Milo made a phone call to De'angelo while he thought Amelia was unpacking. He snuck into another room, closing the door behind him. Amelia being the nosey person she was, pressed her ear against it even though it gave her terrible flashbacks.

"Hey it's me, I think we're gonna need to do it sooner."

"I'm serious I'm getting impatient."

"She isn't the same now anyway."

"Alright thanks, I'll let you know before we leave Japan."

"I better go."

"Bye."

She quickly walked back to the bedroom and started to unpack with a heavy heart. She tried to think of all the possible scenarios that he could have been planning. None of the theories made her feel any better.

He soon walked in, smiled in her face and kissed her forehead as if nothing had happened, as if there was no tension between them.

Her mental health was taking a huge hit from it...from him.
