"Yes Rayan?" I returned Rays calls. "Baby, when you coming home?" He whined from the other end. I chuckled. "Soon baby. What Noah doing?" "He went out for ice cream with his grandma." "Okay. Love you bye!" I rushed off the phone & took a good look around the room. "Damn, these fuckers really left me in this hotel by myself." I grabbed my bag & room key& headed for the elevator to check out. After I checked out I headed for my parents house.

"Hi mommy. So I'm on the way over, do you guys need anything while I'm out?" "You're in Atlanta? When'd you get here? Why you didn't call me-" "I'm fine mom! I assured before she went any further." "Okay. See you when you get here!" "Okay." I hung up the phone & make a right turn onto my old street. Bringing back memories of how I met Niyah Jordan & Tay Tay. After driving for a while I pulled into their driveway & got out, noticing the few changes done to the house & opened the door with the key under the mat. "Mommy?" I closed the door behind me. "In the room." I followed the voice upstairs & saw her watching tv. "Mommy!" I jumped on her bed. "Alright girl damn." She laughed. "I missed you so much. It was so boring in Miami, but I'm back to stay!" I laid under her. "Mhm, no more running away from love right?" "Right & besides that he really hurt me, but that was years ago. That damn Rayan bet not be busting her cheeks!" He mumbled to himself but me & my ma heard it.

"Alright ma, I'm leaving!" I jogged down the stairs & headed for the door. "Already? You just got home!" She ran after me. "& I just spent over 2 in a half hours with y'all. Me & Ray have to meet with some Real-estate lady today & im already running behind time!" I opened the door. "Okay, well tell Rayan that I said hello!" She called after me. I closed the door and jogged to my car.

"Alrighty, this house has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen with a touchscreen refrigerator, 1 living room has a real fireplace, all 4 of the bedrooms have walk in closets with fair space. Now this master bedroom is a sight to see." The lady described the mansion like house. "No, no that's okay. We really don't need 4 bedrooms. Maybe 1 or 2 is enough." I stopped her. "Yeah we do! Our kids gone need they own room." Ray butted in. Here we go again. "Ray, you keep talking bout these kids like I'm just gone have them." "Makayla, you keep running your mouth like you won't be in labor in 9 months. Now let's go see this house." "You sure? Cause she seem a little unsure." The lady referred to me. "She good!" "Okay then." She unlocked the house.

"Omg, you gotta see this!" She pulled me upstairs & into the what I'm guessing was the master bedroom. Behind the door was a humongous room. It had a balcony & ceiling mirror & all. "Oh, good it even got a ceiling mirror. So I can take pictures while ya spoiled ass sleep on my chest." Ray scared us. "I know right. That's tremendous." I stood on the side of him as the lady continued to show us the room.

"& finally this is the kitchen!" We followed her through the mini mansion. "It has a wine bar, an island and as I mentioned as touchscreen refrigerator. Look it even has crushed ice." She eyed me. "Ooh, I like that!" " I know cool right?"

"Alright you guys that's the end of the tour." We ended on the patio. "So what we talking?" Ray asked. "Right now we looking at around $10,000! But you guys credit is awesome so that is going to knock you guys down to at least a $9000 down payment & $1700 per month." I scratched my head. "Ummm-" Ray cut me off. "We'll take it!" "Rayan!" The lady looked at Ray then me. "Don't worry about her. She'll be home all day & won't have nothing to do in this big ass house by herself all day!" "I guess. These are you guys keys& I just need for you guys to sign a tiny contract." "Yeah, whatever!" We followed her back into the kitchen. "Alright. Thank you you guys are all done! Congratulations on your new house!" She congratulated after she took the contract & headed for the door. "Oh, don't forget to set the alarms." She reminded us. "Wait we didn't even get your name or number!" We called after her. "Oh, right my bad! I'm Amari Matthews, but call me Mari if you insist!" "Okay. Thank you Mari, this is a beautiful home." "Your welcome. Anything you need you guys know that I'm just a call away. Enjoy." She scurried off.

Y'all I almost forgot that today was Friday 😭 anyways..
