Everyone rushed to the hospital after hearing the news.
"Is she going to be okay?" Ray questioned. "I don't know!" The doctor said as he rushed Kay into the operating room. "Fuck man, why I let her go out anyway?" Ray veins bulged out his head from stress. "Ay man, just calm down." Roc spoke. "Nah, that's my fucking wife in that room. Not yours!" Ray screamed & ran off. "Just give him some space." Niyah stopped Prod from running after Ray. He nodded & they made their way to the waiting room.

17 hours had gone by & still no news from the doctors. Everyone started getting impatient & went looking for answers, soon the doctor came out the operating room & walked over to them. "Okay, we stopped the internal bleeding, but as far as if she's going to survive is still undetermined, she lost a huge amount of blood. But we're not giving up on her!" Everyone nodded their head & an alarm went off, multiple doctors rushed back into Kay's room & closed the blinds. Causing commotion , worriedness
& tears from Kay's friends.

Meanwhile in the cafeteria Ray was having a fit, causing a scene & seconds away from being kicked out of the hospital. Nurses wheeled him into the ER & doped him up with medication. Soon he was sleep.

48 hours had slipped by & the only news was that they stopped the internal bleeding.
"May I help you?" A nurse scared Niyah. "I was just staring at my friend." Niyah looked away from the window. "I have her report. I can give you an update on her if you want." Niyah shook her head. "Okay, follow me." They walked over to the nurses station. "Makayla Carter, right?" "Yes." She opened the file folder. "Well, she's in a coma, they managed to remove the bullets before they reached any organs. We're just waiting for her to wake up from her coma." "Thank you, this information was so helpful." "Your welcome." Niyah walked back to the waiting room to deliver the news.

Relief filed Kay's loved one as the news from Niyah was delivered.
Another 24 hours had passed and Ray was normal again, he still didn't have an update on Kay's condition, but he was going to find out.
"Hi, my names Rayan & I wanted to know to know how my girlfriend Makayla was doing." Ray approached a nurse. "She's fine, just in a coma, we're waiting for her to wake up any day now." "Ok. Okay, thanks" "you should really go home & get some fresh air, she's in good hands." "No, I'm-" "we have your number on file & we'll contact you first if anything was to go wrong." "Okay" "Okay? We got her" Ray was the last to leave the hospital.

2 weeks had gone by & no one has heard from anyone from the hospital until today.

"Mr. Smith?" "This is he" Ray put his phone on speaker as he cleaned the bread crumbs from his hands. "Okay, Makayla has woke up." "Hows she doing?" "She seems to be doing fine, since she remembered you, you was the first person she asked for when she woke up." "I'm on the way!" He ran upstairs & slipped on his Nike slides.
