This car ride is sooo boring, Mitch thought as he stared out of the window. Mitch contemplated asking his Sire if he could play a game on his phone but that decision flew out the window as soon as he saw the park.
"OH MY GO-"
"SHHH", Kirstie said as she covered her ears.
"Sorry... I didn't mean to yell that loud..." Mitch said, "But look!!! This park is HUGE!!!" Scott interrupted saying," Yea that's why we're going. It's big enough for everyone and have a picnic." "I cannot wait for this clan race. The results should be interesting..." Avi said. " Sir I'd have to agree. But I think the winner will be-"
"Me!" they all yelled. "I was actually going to say Mitchell. But everyone is determined to win so I don't know anymore."

So you know that one thing—power that Mitch has...the one he swore not to use... Well it just might get him into a lot of trouble.

"Everyone ready?!"
"YEAH!!!" everyone yelled.
"3...2...1........"
"Just start already!!" Avi said getting impatient.
Kevin glared at him and said again, "3...2...1......GOOOO!!!!!"

And off they went.
Scott was ahead thanks to his long legs but soon Avi caught up to Scott.
"This is going to be close between me and you, Hoying, the fledglings have no chance..." Avi stated boldly. Scott was shocked. Still running he said, " You have no faith in our fledglings? That is...sad...I believe Mitch could and can beat you." Avi was now shocked. "You think your scrawny, little, no exercising fledgling, can beat me in a race? I think not or he would have won by now." As soon as Avi said that he saw that Mitch and Kirstie had gotten in front of them and we're racing to the finish line just ahead. Scott smiled and replied cockily , "I believe he is beating you now, Avriel." Both the Sires decided to pick up the pace and sprint to the finish line. The four were eyeing the finish line. Once they all passed it, they all collapsed.
"So Kevin," Kirstie said exhaustedly, "Who won?"
"The winner was—"
