44.Problems lined up

Trust is something everyone should earn by themselves not forcing. Sometime we may trust some person without any reason or the effort they made to earn from us, but it automatically happens.

Manik is correct, I cannot trust everyone blindly and I do not doubt Aryaman, Soha or Shahid but zagan and Nachni. I should keep an eye on both of them particularly Nachni. By time I return, I heard Soha's word.

"Definitely we cannot develop the app what client wants in theses two weeks, so don't waste your time by reading these stupid requirements. See Aryaman, the man of the app, doesn't have any hope on it." I didn't react to Soha's statement and everyone saw Aryaman and felt sorry for him as his contribution to the app is more than anyone else.

Soha continued "So all I want to say is let's enjoy instead of wasting our time in this stupid app. Any way the mistake is on that TL, so no one can blame us also. What say everyone?" I was about to snap at Soha for blaming our TL but I controlled seeing Nachni's triumphant smile in her lips. This is the way Soha resembles Navya but I am sure Navya won't blame my TL.

Everyone one was in the state that they cannot deny what Soha said at the same time they cannot accept it also. And we were surprised that Aryaman didn't deny Soha's plan as he is "the most sincere" person who would always prefer working rather than enjoying.

Out of nowhere Harshad appeared and my TL followed him.

"Hi guys, I know everyone is disappointed with ME that your whole work goes in vain" I think he stressed the word me intentionally.

"Everyone knows it's not your fault" as expected Nachni defends Harshad and all other nodded except Aryaman and Shahid and my TL is looking down that he can't face us.

"I have explained the current situation to the client and requested extra time. And our clients were so kind that they approved the delay of release for 35 days." The mad person spoke seeing me and sometimes Aryaman.

Does he think we are so dumb that we all believe whatever he says?

Even the new team member Karan knows that client and client manager is fond of our TL for his hard work and intelligence. I especially like my client manger not just because he is good person but we both share common feeling of hatred towards Harshad.

But here Harshad is saying that he convinced my Hitler client and client manager. Everyone says nothing against Harshad but I know everyone knows that our TL will be the one who convinced both of them for the delayed release.

"So I hope you cooperate and do your best. If the app is released as expected, we can go to team outing like I promised and place is of your choice."

Does he indirectly trying to bribe us?

"What the hell? Is 35 days are enough to complete the task of 90 days (one quarter)? Does the manager have some common sense or what?"

But everyone saw Aryaman, now his face shows some rays of hope.

"Everyone, I have read the whole real client's requirement. It was almost 60% same as that of the app  we developed now. Soha, I could understand all our work is wasted and you are so upset, but please think before you speak about..."

...our TL. I didn't complete my statement as I could feel Nachni's curious eyes pointed at me.

"About what Nandhini?" irritation is evident in Soha's voice.

"About the surrounding and our current situation"

"F**k off. Hell with surrounding and that manager"

If there is one another person who can voice against Harshad apart from my TL is our own Soha Khurana. If Harshad's plan to get rid of my TL from our team is successful and his next plan will be getting rid of Soha. She is so short temper that always gives Harshad a back answer straight to his face.
