I walked with Alice to our next lesson, history. All the others had geography. Freaks. 'Shit, Jack's in this lesson,' Alice stopped me at the doorway. 'So?' I shook her off and took my seat and waited for her to join me. 'He's a freak. You know it's starting again right?' Alice studied my face, eyes filled with concern. 'I can deal with it honey, plus I have Harry,' I grinned. 'You sure?' 'Positive,' I nodded as the teacher called for attention.

Mr Ronalds asked me. Oooh shit, now I'm gonna get "you're a nerd" looks. 'War communism was a nessecary but brutal regime brought in by Lenin to maximise the efforts of the red army during the hardships of the civil war within the new Russia. Despite the strict enforcement of the policy, Lenin and the other Bolsheviks did not support it. They detested it as much as the sailors at Kronstadt who lead to its downfall. To quote Trotsky in loose context, A tragic neccesity,' I replied. I glanced around the room, and allowed myself a small amount of pride, I'd just basically educated half this class. 'I asked your thoughts on war communism,' Mr Ronalds squashed my pride. Then it bounced back up, 'Like I said, to quote Trotsky in loose context, A tragic neccesity.' 'Wow,' Mr Ronalds surprise appeared in his face and voice. 'Not just a pretty face,' I smirked and began to pack my bag. 'Yeah, a hot body too,' Jack's arm slid round my waist as I left the room with Alice. 'Take your hand off me before I rip it off,' I growled through clenched teeth. The arm disappeared, as did the breath on my neck. 'Come on, lets find the others and eat,' Alice squeezed my hand comfortingly and lead me along the corridors to our friends.
