You ask worriedly.
''Just come over.''
And I hang on.
A couple of minutes later the doorbell rings and I open the door for you.
You follow me into the Livingroom.
''Hey girls!''
You greet my little nieces.
''John I love you, I have loved you since the first time we looked into each other's eyes again''
I say.
''I love you too''
You say and walk closer to me.
You stroke my cheek with your thumb.
''I want you to know that my love for you is not just because of what theory I just made up in my head. I truly love you, that's not gonna change by the results of the test I'm about to do.''
''What do you mean?''
I inhale deeply.
I'm not gonna turn around for it, it needs to be said.
''John, there's a chance I'm pregnant and it has to be from you.''
I see your eyes become huge.
You walk away from me and throw your hands in your hair.
''We weren't protected at all, were we?''
You wonder.
''No.''
''But it felt so right.''
''I know.''
