Chapter 11: Save Them

--New York--

All. Peter was hanging off one of the buildings which was overlooking Central Park. He saw Electro using his lightning to form some sort of shield around the park. What did Venom ask Electro to do? But when he looked closer, there were people being rounded up inside the shield.

"How will I get in?" Peter thought, as he was only using his feet to hang off the building.

A white ship flew over Peter as it was headed to Fisk's Tower. Another delivery for Fisk. Peter was surprised that Fisk was able to hold up even when the war started. Suddenly, a blast of lightning struck every building around him.

"Ok, what is going on?" Peter thought, as he almost fell of the building. "This is not good, in so many levels."

A signal started to go through Peter's phone as he answered a phone call, "Who is this?"

"This is Moon Knight. I have to say Peter, leaving me in Ryker's Island wasn't that smart. I almost got caught." Knight said, fixing his voice. "Anyways, did you see the ship that flew past you? That's me and I'm about to go to you once I get some of my armor."

"And what will we do once you're finished with your business?"

"We're basically going to destroy the shield that you're looking at. That's why I need your help."

"Would you look at that? Moon Knight needs my help. Isn't that a first?"

"Shut up and start to find a way to get inside that shield." Knight hung up the phone as Peter rubbed his hands together.

"I am so not ready for this. At least I can warm up." Peter said, as he dropped down onto the streets.

He went closer to the shield as he tapped it. Bolts of lightning came out and struck his suit. Peter flew back a little and landed on a windshield.

"Bad idea. Totally a bad idea." Peter groaned as he stood up.

He looked over to the sky to see that it was starting to rain. Raindrops hit his face as he walked towards that shield once more. He went up close to it and looked at what was happening inside. To no surprise, Electro was standing in the middle, forcing thunderbolts to hit the shield.

Peter picked up his phone and called Moon Knight. "Hey! Electro is inside the circle. What do you want me to do?"

"Have you found a way in yet?" Knight asked

"No. When you touch it, there is some sort of li-." Peter was cut off by Knight.

"Find a way to get in and then call me." Knight hung up the phone.

"That man doesn't have respect to other people."

Peter saw symbiotes enter the shield with ease. He thought that it was nothing important but he started to get an idea. What if he can get the symbiote back to his suit. He ran towards a pod nearby and reached his arm inside of it.

"This is the worst thing I have done in my life." Peter said, as he felt some of its teeth touching his suit.

The teeth of the symbiote was rough and painful. Pain that he can handle for about 5 minutes. Now he started to feel something crawling up to his suit. There was some symbiote on his arm as it made its way up to his chest. Before the symbiote could completely cover Peter, Moon Knight arrived and saw Peter being devoured by a pod.

"Peter, what the hell happened?" Knight asked, preparing to throw his sword at the pod.

"No! No! No! I'm trying to get some symbiote on my suit." Peter said, as his legs what starting to be filled up with it.

"That is one of the dumbest ideas I have ever heard of. What are you trying to do? Be like one of them?!"

"Exactly. I saw some of them entering the shield with symbiote on. If I get it on my suit, maybe I can enter the shield as well."

"And from there, what will you do? I mean I'm not as stupid as you." Knight said, looking at the shield.

"I'm going to try and distract Electro which will hopefully destroy the shield." Peter said, as his whole suit was filled with symbiote.

"You know, Peter. I still prefer the goggles." Knight chuckled

"Shut up, you old bastard." Peter chucked as well, as he entered the shield.

"Send my regards to Electro for me, will you."

Peter saw symbiotes not minding him as he slowly made his way to Electro. The people gathered in the middle were covered with sacks so it was hard for him to sense who it was. Electro stopped for a moment to look at Peter.

"And what brings you here, Spider Man?" Electro asked, landing softly on the ground.

"I've come here to stop you. And can I ask who are those covered in sacks?" Peter asked

Electro removed one of them to show a knocked out Tony. "Only your little foolish friends."

Peter looked in awe as he prepared for battle. "Oh... you messed with the wrong spider on the wrong day."

"Amuse me you son of a bitch." Electro said, as he traveled behind him.

Electro punched him in the back which made Peter go flying across the park. He landed hard on one of the trees as he fell to the ground. As Peter stood up, Electro showed up on front of him and punched him in the jaw. Next, Electro missed Peter as he kicked Electro on the chest. Electro laid on the ground as the shield started to fall.

"Too slow, bastard." Peter said, as Electro teleported on top of him.

He grabbed Peter by the neck and held him high, "You fool. You truly do not learn from your mistakes."

Electro pulled his hand backwards as charges of lightning struck his hands. Before Electro could punch Peter, a knife went through his chest as he dropped Peter on the ground.

"Do you always have to depend on me?" Knight asked, as he pulled him up.

"Not all the time. Sometime only." Peter said, as he shoved some dirt of his suit.

"Looks like Electro is right. You don't learn from your mistakes." Knight said, approaching the group.

"I do. He is clearly blind from all the evil that's going through his head."

"I do not believe in evil. All I believe in is intentions."

Knight went up close to all of the survivors and pulled there sacks off. All of them seems to be asleep, Peter saw that everyone was there. Tony, Luke, Matt, Mary.

"How will we wake them up?" Peter asked, as Knight got some water.

"The most logical way ever." Knight said, as he poured water over Tony.

Tony shouted and screamed, "What the hell?!"

"Calm down, Mr. Stark. It's only Peter." Peter said

"Peter?" Tony sighed. "The last time I saw you was like 2 days ago."
