"Be safe out there, okay?" Glenn said sadly, and pulled me into a warm embrace.

"I'll be fine, don't worry about me." I chuckled, and stood on my tip toes to place a kiss on his cheek.

"I'm serious. Come back to me."

"Well, I wasn't planning on it, but since you asked so nicely..." I joked and pulled away from him.

I placed my hands on his shoulders and gave them a quick reassuring squeeze.

"You keep her safe out there." Glenn said, sternly, to Rick and Daryl.

"Don't worry about her. She'll be fine." Rick said.

"See?" I smiled. "We're all good."

I gave him one last quick hug, before walking away with Rick, Daryl and Hershel to meet with the Governor.

"Grace, we need your help." Rick said seriously as he and everyone else stood scattered around the cell block.

"Sure... What's up?"

"We need you to come with us to meet the Governor."

"What? No! No, she's not going Rick, she's not!" Glenn answered for me.

"Glenn, she's an important asset. She knows the Governor."

"So does Merle! Why can't he go instead?"

"Because he isn't exactly a people person. She's good with people, and we'll need her there for negotiations."

"She's not going." Glenn said and turned back to return to Maggie.

"Glenn, you are aware that I have a voice, right? And a brain?" I asked, sarcasm dripping off of every word. "Then you also know that I am perfectly capable of making decisions and speaking for myself." I then turned to Rick. "I'll go."

"Thank you." He said with a smile, despite Glenn's incessant protests. "We'll leave tomorrow. It'll be me, Grace, Hershel and Daryl. Can't have too many people going."
