Christmas gifts!

It's finally Christmas day (in this book) and you're celebrating as a family!!! 

Sorry I couldn't publish this earlier. I'm having problems with my eyesight and I could barely see the keyboard so I finally just finished this.

Belarus

Ah! 25th of December in the capital, Minsk, was truly beautiful. Snow falling delicately in the city, lights decorating every building and loads and loads of food!

Food is an important part of a nice Belarusian Christmas :) 

So, for Christmas, you and everyone else made a lot of food, and did some gift opening by the fire place. 

Ivan got a new sunflower painting, Yekaterina got a picture album full of memories, Tolys got a picture in a card, but he wouldn't let anyone see it and no ones knows where the card came from either. Raivis got some books about god-knows-what and Eduard got a new computer. 

You on the other hand, got a really big box with a big red bow on the top. You were almost afraid to open it. 

The moment you took off the ribbon, the top flew off and someone screamed "Wesołych Świąt!" And you hit said-person so hard they passed out. When you got a good look at the person, you realized it was Feliks.

Canada

Today, the 25th, you were opening your presents at 5 am because, well, pancakes and presents. It wasn't snowing outside but you could see all the sparkly stars in the night sky and they were super pretty.

Alfred and Mia had slept at your house so Santa dropped off their presents there too as well.

Mia opened her presents first and she had received a nicely decorated tamborine. Alfred opened his and saw a card for unlimited McDonalds for the whole first month of the year. (Effective Jan.1st) and his eyes shone brightly as a very high pitch sound came from him.  Your dad opened his and saw a nicely carved wooden figure of a moose and polar bear.

You opened your present and saw Kuma in the box. "That's where you've been hiding." You laughed as you took him out. You saw a small book at the very bottom. You opened it up and almost started crying, because it had many nice pictures of you and your dad on multiple trips. Some with Mia and Alfred posing oddly in the back.

The days following Christmas, you and your dad went to see Francis and his daughter.

France

Lots of food because you like food and your dad likes cooking a lot. Finally on Christmas day, there was so many cookies and sweets on the table, it looked delicious!  You were baking a turkey in a few days because your half-brother, Matthew, and your niece were coming over for dinner, possibly dragging over Alfred as well.

So all day, you and your dad watched a lot of Christmas movies, ate a lot of cookies and opened your presents.

Your dad got antique wine bottles and wine glasses. You got a nicely decorated recipe book from Santa. It had all your favourite recipes and even some hard ones you had yet to try. 

Denmark

With Tino in the house... It was definitely going to be very festive. Very very festive 

A few days ago, everyone got their mini postcards you and your dad sent out and you were happy :). On Christmas morning, there was so many gifts under the tree. But you were the only one with no knowledge of Tino being santa...So RIP
