Hi, my name is William Brice. I go to East San Francisco High. I'm a senior, and one of my friends there is Annabeth Chase.
She's so pretty, so yes, I have a crush on her! Sue me! Everyone does. With her golden-blonde curls, gray eyes and wonderful body, she's beautiful. She's also incredibly smart and strong.
She tells every boy that asks her out that she has a boyfriend, but it's obvious that she doesn't. We've never seen him!
Today Kyle, Breanna, Marie and I were waiting on her at lunch. Then I saw her. She was wearing an orange t-shirt that had CHB on it and a black pegasus. She also had jeans, sneakers and her signature bead necklace. Breanna had asked her where she had gotten it, but she had just smiled.
"Camp." was all she said.
Apparently we couldn't go because you had to be half-Greek, have dyslexia and ADHD. Weird, right?
She ran over, and sat down. She didn't have a lunch today and was bouncing in her seat, "What are you so excited about?" Marie asked.
"My boyfriend and friends are picking me up today to go to camp!" she said.
Oh yeah, today was the last day of school before winter break, "Are you sure we can't go?" Kyle asked.
She nodded, "I told you, the requirements are-"
"You have to be half-Greek, and have dyslexia and ADHD." Breanna said with a smile.
"I want to meet this boyfriend, make sure he's good enough for you!" I said gruffly.
Annabeth snorted, "What?" I asked.
"You sound like my mother." she laughed.
"Tell us about these friends." Marie asked, leaning forward.
Annabeth nodded, "First there's Grover. He like's strange foods and strange music. Then Thalia, who's practically my sister. She's sort of punkish, and is sworn off boys for life. Jason is Thalia's younger brother. Though they look completley opposite. He's sort of Mr. Perfect. Piper is dating him. She's also Cherokee and has choppy brown hair and kaleidoscope eyes. But she's also an amazing person with a big heart. Leo is crazy but extremely smart. Calypso is his girlfriend, and she's beautiful and a great gardener. Frank is a big cuddly panda, though he doesn't look like it. He's dating Hazel. Hazel is shy, but amazingly brave and kind-hearted. Nico is definitley the definition of an emo but is also very sweet and protective of his friends. He's dating Will, who is like an adorable cat. Reyna, she's is brave and strong. Also dangerous."
"They're all picking you up? Then who's the boyfriend?" I asked.
"Percy. He has messy black hair, beautiful sea-green eyes and is handsome. He has muscles definitley, but is sweet and kind. Very loyal and even more protective of his friends than Nico. He would put the entire world in danger to save a friend. He may act like a Seaweed Brain, but he's still smart. He's brave and strong, both in the physical, mental and emotional sense. He's probably the person that I'm closest to in the world."
She had a smile on her face, "Well, I still have to check him out!" I said.
She laughed, "Okay, mom!"

We were waiting outside of the school. Almost everyone else had left. Marie and Breanna were on their phones, Kyle was doing his homework and I was looking.
"So, where are they?" I asked.
Annabeth sighed and laughed, "They'll be here. It is eleven people of course."
We waited about five more minutes when Marie stood up, "Annabeth, "I've got to go! It is winter break of course!"
"Wait, there they are!" Annabeth cried, standing up and bouncing up and down.
A white van pulled in with Delphi Strawberry Service written on it. It came to a stop and the back opened. A Latino boy tumbled out, with curly hair and elfish features. He picked himself out and helped out a beautiful girl with caramel hair and dark almond eyes. She had a white dress on.
"Leo, Calypso!" Annabeth cried, hugging both of them.
"Hey Blondie!" Leo grinned.
I gulped, as did Marie, Breanna, and Kyle. She didn't like when people called her that. But she simply laughed and pushed him. Then a blond haired guy with gold glasses and a girl with choppy brown hair and kaleidoscope eyes jumped out together, laughing.
"Piper, Jason!" Annabeth hugged them as well.
A buff Asian guy and an African-American girl with golden eyes got out, "Frank and Hazel!" she hugged them.
She proceeded to hug a Nico, Will, Reyna, Grover and Thalia. Then a boy with sea-green eyes and messy black hair stepped out. They immeidatley focused on each other and she jumped into his arms. He swung her around and they kissed.
He put her back down and they swayed, pressing their foreheads together, "I missed you, Wise Girl." he smiled.
They softly kissed again, "Missed you more, Seaweed Brain!" she laughed.
"Please not in front of me!" Thalia, I think, covered her eyes.
"Hey, I'm William, Annabeth's friend."
"Marie."
"Breanna."
"Kyle."
They all introduced themselves, and then Percy smiled, "Let's get to camp!"
She moved, but then I spoke up, "Wait! Annabeth I have to tell you something!"
"Here we go!" Leo laughed.
"I love you! And I've known you definitley for longer than him! One year!" I said.
Annabeth laughed, "I've known Percy since we were twelve, and we've been dating since we were sixteen!"
I fumed, and moved to punch Percy, "Nice try!" Percy laughed, as he grabbed my wrist and pushed me down.
Then she hopped into the van with them and it drove off. Marie and Breanna rolled their eyes and Kyle patted me on the shoulder.
Annabeth never came back. Apparently she moved to Goode High School in New York, where Percy and a few other of her friends were.
