Chapter 15: He's Gone

Austin's pov:

-SEPTEMBER-

"You look beautiful." Aunt Anne said.

"I don't want to look beautiful." I said my voice cracking in the middle.

"I know sweetheart. I know. " I turned around looking at her black shoes and dress. Eyes dark and hair pulled into a bun. Lips swollen from crying. I felt so terrible for her. Her only son, gone.

-THREE MONTHS BEFORE-

He was back. The man I thought left and was drunk or something, he's back.

"Fuck! FUCK! I'm so sorry Aus. I'm so sorry..." Niall cried. My face was red, tears were streaming down my face. Me, Harry, Niall, and Ave were all in the living room. Apparently he got my phone number and called me. His exact words were, "Hello angel. Guess who? ahh it's me. Your kids' dad? ya. I found out everything. I know where you work, I know who you're with, and I know where you live. You think just because you move means you could get rid of me? well I'm back now, baby. And I will get what I want."

My heart was beating out of my chest. My hands were shaking and all I could think about was that night. That one fucking night.

/The next day\

Me and Harry decided that we would go and get some food cause we were hungry and everyone else was out doing there own shit.

As we were walking through the store, done girls would come up, scream, and beg him for a picture. I guess I never really understood why they got so hyped up about it, I mean, it's just a picture, right?

Anyway, we walked to the frozen section and grabbed some ice cream. We decided we'd have a movie night cause we are some weird ass freaks if you ask me.

As we were in line, I felt something tap my shoulder. As I turned around, I was met by darkness.

I slowly opened my eyes, meeting some weird room with some blue lights. That's so odd....

"Hey sweetie."

I gulped. I was ready for this, maybe? okay not really. I wasn't prepared for this.

"You know, I never got your name?" I asked with all the courage I could muster. And then it hit me.....

"No!" I screamed. He's not. No.

He smirked widely and I felt hot tears travel down my cheeks.

"Austin. How are you? are you well? how's my babies?"

"St-stop. " I stuttered. He isn't...

"You know, I remember you as a kid. Really talented until you turned all emo on me. Really?"

"It was-wasn't my fau-fault."

"Oh but it was."

"NO!No. It was yours. Because you gave my mom money and told her that if you could get my in bed with you, then you'd give us what we needed."

"And then that deal was broken.... wanna tell me why?"

"It wasn't broken. You got what you wanted."

"I remember it being concrete. Not a bed." He made a smart ass remark.

"Shut up! I want what you told my mom We could have."

"No. I gave your mom the money and asked for it to be on a BED not concrete So sweetheart now that you're here with me... wanna help your mom out?"

"No! I don't fucking care what my mom has on you! You ARE SO GROSS! Why do you want me in bed? YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE FAMILY!!"

"You mean like he was? I WANTED WHAT HE HAD AND NOW I HAVE IT!"

"CAM DID'NT RAPE ME!! HE WAS SUCH A GREAT PERSON AND YOU KILLED HIM! RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AND THEN MADE A DEAL WITH MY MOM!! AND YOU NEVER GAVE US WHAT WE NEEDED!!" I cried so hard that I could feel the bile in my throat.

"I GAVE YOU ME! YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO FALL IN LOVE WITH ME!"

"ITS GROSS AND WRONG TO FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR STEP-BROTHER! DONNIE YOU, YOU ARE FAMILY!! AND YOU CAN'T TELL ME THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO LOVE YOU!! I LOVED CAM SO MUCH!"

"We aren't really related baby girl."

"PLUS YOU'RE OLD!"

"Such an amazing way to make me leave you alone. "

"Well I still don't love you. I love Niall."

I could see the red in his eyes and decided that I wasn't going to be a coward and run, I was going to fight.

"YOU LITTLE BITCH!"

He picked up a brick and threw it, hitting my leg and making me fall to the ground. I kicked him in the back of his knee and tried to get up, but I couldn't.

"Too bad Niall doesn't love you. Not like I did. Not like I do. "

"Niall loves me in a sweet and caring way. You love me just for sex. "

" Ahh but that's where you're wrong. You see, Niall only loves you because it's his best friend cousin...which makes me remember... is gone."

"What?"

"That weirdo who tried to protect you. You know... Harry?"

"Wait you mean..."

"He's dead."
