Thinking of it just gave me the chills. It made me think of why I was being treated this way.

"Hey. Do you wanna go get some coffee or something. " He asked.

"You really don't have to. You've done enough for me. "

" No really. Please. " I just nodded finally giving up. Let me have a good day. I might need this.

The car ride was silent. Not like the awkward silence, like the relaxing or nice silence.

When we got there we went up to the girl and ordered.

"Iced coffee. Please. " I waited for Niall to order while I looked through my purse for my wallet.

"No need love. I've got this. "

" No really I'll pay. "

"It's not needed for a girl to pay when the boy has some money. " I just shook my head but smiled.

Wait.

He did not just make me smile.

Oh no.

"I've never seen you smile. It's really pretty. Your dimples. " He said as he gave the petite girl the money.

It was a little coffee shop with beige walls and cream floors. Simple but effective.

He walked me over to the table and we started having a conversation.

"You know. I'm glad to have a friend like you. But I would really like to know your name, but only if you want too. " He said after a while.

Did he just say friend.

My eyes lit up once I knew I was smiling and staring.

"Umm....the thing is I .."

"Yes?"

"I don't have any..friends. "

"Oh well. I'm here. I'll always be here. "

We stayed in the same peaceful silence and I finally spoke up.

"Austin. "

"Pardon?"

"My name is Austin. I know what your thinking. Boy name. But I guess since no one really uses it unless they yell at me, it doesn't matter. "

"I think your name is wonderful love. "

"Really?" I asked confused.

"Yeah. It fits you. "

"Thanks. "

We sat in the coffee shop for five minutes and then we left. He drove me to my house and I sighed. He kissed me on the cheek and I looked at him.

"It was wonderful meeting you Austin. I'm Niall by the way. Niall Horan. " I smiled as he said his name. It fit well with his Irish accent.

"It was wonderful meeting you too Niall. And thank you. " I said before I walked into my house.
