Chapter 17: Back In The Band

Austins pov
Since what happened with Harry, the boys were a total mess, but me? I pretended he was gone because that's what he wanted. I take care of the four of them everyday.
It's been a month since the funeral, since Harry told me what happened, and since I talked about Gabe and Cam.
"Gabe and Cam, brothers till the end of time...." I whispered to myself.
It has been hard for me. But it'd been harder on Niall, Liam, Louis,and Zayn.
So hard that they cancelled their tours for the year.
See how it's hard for me to keep quiet?
I've only seen Harry once since the night he took me home. But there's this feeling in my stomach that he's coming back soon. Very soon.
I'm sitting in Eleanor's apartment watching the news. I haven't gone to work in a while. But they understand. At least they think they do.
On the news, they are talking about talking cats and dogs. Trying to cheer people up. But it's not working as much as they planned.
I got up from the couch, grabbed my keys, and got in my car to drive to Nialls.
As I'm driving, I see multiple signs saying, "we miss you Harry" and "Forever in our hearts, Harry Styles"
I'm not paying attention to road as a bunny runs across, and when I see it, I swerve in many directions, hitting a tree.

i wake up in my car. My head is busted and my leg is stuck. I told you cars are not around. I look around for my phone, grabbing it and calling the first person on my finger lands on.
"Calling Zayn Malik"
I cough loudly as head answers, my head spinning and my leg throbbing.
"Austin? Are you okay?"
"Zayn...help....wreck..." Is all I could muster.
I heard him say something and hang up as my eyes shut.

"Austin. Pssstttt hey Austin!!"
I heard a voice.
"AUSTIN!" My body was shaking. I jumped up at once, then lay back because of my throbbing head.
"Harry?"
"Aus, what happened?"
"A bunny ran across the road-"
"Harry?!"
