"S-So..." Jimin pipes up a little later that day during lunch, opening his Jihyun-packed lunch box in a food deprived relief. "Jungkook... He's adorable, isn't he?"

Taehyung raises a questioning brow at the sudden topic change, shoving a few chips into his mouth at once. They were the only two seated at their usual table due to Jungkook having last minute soccer practice, and the duo were talking about whether or not Mr. Wang possibly wanted Jimin dead up until that point. The younger certainly wasn't expecting Jungkook to come up in that sort of conversation, considering the boy was lucky enough to be a grade below them.

"Uh, yeah..." He replies after swallowing his mouthful, setting the mini bag of chips down onto the cafeteria table to provide Jimin his full attention. "I mean, yeah of course he is. But why are you suddenly mentioning it?"

Jimin shrugs absentmindedly, trying to hide his inner excitement at the fact that Taehyung was suddenly so interested in what he had to say. "No reason, really... He's been so shy lately, huh? Wonder what's been up with him! It's really cute though~"

Taehyung stares at his friend, his eyes wide with bewilderment while his nose scrunches up in confusion. Jimin wanted to laugh.

"I... Do you... I mean—"

"What is it, Tae? Why do you look so weird all of the sudden?" The red haired boy tilts his head in mock concern.

"I just..." The other began before sighing. "It's nothing that's my business to be saying, but... You should tell him that."

"Tell him what?"

"That he's cute. I'm sure he'd like that."

Jimin frowns for a moment, furrowing his brows in thought before the imaginary lightbulb illuminates above his head.

Make him jealous.

"I already did." He smirks as Taehyung flinches in surprise. "He was super flustered and all, you know. He even blushed! Ah, so adorable, huh?"

"You already did..?"

"Yep!"

"But what about Yoongi?"

The older quirked his lips before chuckling. "What about him? Jungkook being cute doesn't affect Yoongi hyung in anyway."

The purple haired male shook his head after pondering for a moment, quietly laughing along to the statement. "Ah... Sorry, you're right. Guess I just misunderstood you for a second there."

Before he could question what his friend meant by that last comment, a tap on Jimin's shoulder distracted him from the topic. He turned around in confusion before gasping once he saw a familiar mop of blonde hair smiling over him, his gums showing slightly from the top of his teeth.

Suddenly, he couldn't breathe.

Yeah, him and Yoongi had gotten closer, but that didn't mean his beauty now failed to leave Jimin blubbering like a fish out of water.
