Really sorry it's been so long. I had finals then graduation and vacation. So I died my hair and it turned out ok but it's already all washed out. :/ BTW I AM FINISHING THIS AT THE AIRPORT SKFJDKSN

I actually looked alright. My brother didn't approve. Brick is very over protective. He doesn't even know who I'm going on a date with. I told him it's one of Cass' friends that she set me up on a blind date with. It seemed like a good enough story. Brick obviously hates Rob with passion and if he found out I don't think we'd be on good terms. We aren't even on the good of terms at the moment.

My hair was teased and straightened. This time I decided to smear on some eye liner and lipstick. Oh damn I am really going all out. I haven't realized this until now. I read on tumblr that if you dress up more than usual for someone they mean a lot to you. Robert has changed me and I don't even know how.

When 6 o' clock rolled around I ran down stairs and flew out the front door to wait on the porch. He should be here any second because I know for a fact that he's always punctual. So this is really weird. There could be traffic somewhere, or an accident. It is now 17 minutes past and I'm getting worried.

Some time later I heard a car in the drive way. I picked my head up and stood to lean on the railing. It was my brother pulling out of the garage. Before I could get out of his sight he saw me. I was waved over to his car.

"I told you, Alison. Robert is a jackass." I may be mad at Robert, but I'm not agreeing with my brother. Brick is not right and I know that for a fact. The actuality that he knows it is Robert I am waiting for doesn't even bother me.

I crossed my arms over my chest from the breeze that hit me from behind. At the moment I felt embarrassed and disappointed. My plans had all been cancelled - for the week - and I told everyone that I would be busy. So that means I have no one else to go to because if I do they will think I lied. Maybe not Cass, but she's working right now. I was so excited about this date that I cleared all of my plans. I'm not really sure why I did that, it was sort of an impulse.

"Go get changed and you can come with me. But leave your," he made a circle with his finger by my face. "Makeup and hair like that." My brother smirked at me. That smirk could mean anything.

Quickly I changed into yoga shorts and one of my brothers old baseball shirts that he cut. Looking in the mirror I concluded that I looked like the biggest whore on the face of the Earth. But I got stood up so at this point I really have nothing to loose. My brother scoffed and laughed at me as I got in the car.

"So where are we going?"

"Drive-in." He smirked yet again. I gulped.

People here don't watch movies at the drive-in.

My arms felt awkward no matter how they were placed so I ended up pretending to play on my phone. My brother was leading me to somebody's car that apparently would be my new blind date. To say I was nervous would be an understatement. This guy could be ugly, a douche, weird, or out of my league.

"Here's the car. Have fun, Ali." My asshole of a brother left with a wink and nothing else.

Inside the car it was pitch black... sketchy. I opened the passenger door and the lights came on to reveal Gavin. Before either of us could speak I turned around and stomped at a fast pace to the closest exit.

"Alison wait! Please!" He slammed the car door shut and slid around in the dusty gravel before I heard the steady sound of feet hit the rocks. Turning around was a bad decision. It gave him the chance to grab my waist as a result of me slowing down for that split second.
