NOTICE: No this is not a REAL chapter. For the next chapter, I need to reveal something happening to the world around Emily. All chapter titled semi-chapter will not have Emily in it. It's been ten years now. I don't care. I'm so happy I got to see my mom and my sister again. All through my sister didn't have the joy I expected. Her expression was, instead, shock. Probably because of dream-talk. I don't think she had any idea about magic before that.
"Ring"
That was the bell screaming at me. I was in the middle of my pre-school. And no I don't mean the school before elementary, I mean the few days before school starts so everyone can start settling in. You see, my school is Magic High. It looks like a big castle. It's where the magical ones come to study and learn to protect humanity for the secret dangers. There are these creatures called dark-shadows and they feed on energy. They attack humans because people can't see them and it's easy food. They were first born of doubt and fear and they have reproduced from that to now be the ugly creatures we called dark-shadows. The nickname we give them is spot-on. That's because they start in their weakest form is a small black figure, just a spot if you will. They then attached to your shadow, the 'on' part, and feed off your energy. During this time they take your body so the can be an actual living creature.
My next class is a free period, we have a lot of free periods during 'pre-school', and I'm am walking towards the library to do some research. Being apart of the fairy godmother family means you have to know everything. There used to be this thing called the BOOK. It held all the information happening all around the world. So whoever had the gem holding the BOOKs power would have all the information in the world. One day evil attacked the BOOK but this girl stopped them, but in during so absorbed the power. With the information, she helped many and came to be the first fairy godmother. Many godmothers have gone through and now it's my sister, Emily's, turn.
As I'm going to the library I feel a disturbance. I get there as sone as I can. Being a partan ancient family, the fairy godmother family, I can sense when a relic is in danger. So I quickly go to the upstairs part of the library and straight to the relics section. I look at all the relics one by one to see what's wrong. I get to the one before last, the last one is the godmother wand.
I get to the wand.
The wands not there.
