POV Emily
I wake up and have a mint heart attack. The reason is because I'm still not used to waking up in a castle. I quickly get out of my big princess like bed and go towards my dresser. The maids told me that if I ever didn't like my room they would change it right away. When I brought all my stuff over the maids saw that my stuff was basically just books. Also my room is close to the top, so is the other two rooms for the other two mages. My room isn't at the top because there is a tower right above. The maids brought builders in and right now they are building a library in the tower above my room.

I change into my school uniform, which I fell in love with, and head down the princess like stairs. I go to the dining room, which I believe can fit 100 people, and I sit down at the table. Right away one of the maids bring a plate of food. Other then all that princess stuff that happens every day, I still feel right at home. I still wake up, get dressed, do my hair, eat breakfast, and go to the school. Of course now instead of living with my younger sister I now live with my older one.

When I finished eating I grab my bag and boxed lunch from a maid, thank all the maid for everything, and join Luna at the door to go to school. I was so nervous and excited because this was my first day going to school. I would meet other magic people and learn magic myself. It would make my search shorter if the other two mages were there. We arrive at the school and I feel my insides falling in on them selves. There was a lot of people.

"Nervous? It's alright. I'm sure your already better with your magic then most of the people here." Luna reassured me with a smile. It was easier with my sister. Also everyone wearing them same outfit, because it's a school uniform, made it easier. Then I saw it. Fairies, werewolves, elves, people glowing, people with horns, and people using magic to walk in air, and people levitating their books. I felt like an outcast. I look towards Luna, about to say something, and she's not there. I look ahead and see her walking off talking to her friends, forgetting about me. Now I really feel like an outcast.

"Hey, do you know how to read this?" I look towards who said that, expecting it to be someone talking to someone else. When I look towards who asked that, I saw a girl looking at me holding a piece of paper. I remember Luna teaching me how to read the paper for school. The paper is supposed to say where to meet for first day assembly. Most new students don't know how to read it so they assume it like a normal school. They think the card say their locker and classes. At the assembly is where we actually get a card specially made for our power. Luna told me 'that way they don't give a fire bender a mermaid class.'

"Oh it just say where to go for the first day of school. Nothing else." I explained why and she look shock. Apparently most new students get embarrassed by this.

"Oh, sorry. I'm a first year. I thought you were too, but how you explained that, it's obvious your not." She said in a quiet voice.

"I am a first year. I have a older sister that goes here and she explained everything to me. I'm Emily, what's your name?"

"I'm Vina. I'm a plant bender. What magic are you?" What magic am I? What should I say? 'Oh hi, I'm the Wisher.' I don't think that's a good idea.

"I'm a wingless fairy." I said with a smile. Luna explained there is a lot more different type of magic then back then. Apparently LenLista only knew about the magic type of back in the day. A wingless fairy is a rare but, at the same time, a common thing. "Well, we should go to the gym for the assembly." I said quickly, trying to change the subject.

"Oh yes! Where is it thought?" I totally forgot to tell her. I nod my head down the hall and told her to follow me. Luna also made me memorize a map of the school because the school is so big.

I was thinking about how easy this was. There was others just as confused as me if not more. I was thinking how this wasn't going to be the worst thing in the world. I mean I already have a friend. I was thinking how perfect everything was when I felt something. Something was very wrong.

Soon it felt like everything was wrong. It felt like a sunny, clear, day that just turned into a moonless, foggy, night. I felt like my energy was drained, like I ran a marathon.

"Are you ok? Please answer me!" I heard Vina's voice in the distance, but I couldn't respond. At first I couldn't grasp what was happening. As the world spun around I saw a figure appear. Everyone was watching me, not seeing the dark man walking behind everyone. The man turn around look at me and smiled. I saw the evil in his eyes. I saw the hatred in his eyes. His eyes said 'I won'.

I couldn't describe how I felt. I knew one thing. It wasn't over. Before I could fall backwards. Before I blacked out, I smiled back. This smile wasn't the same as his. This smile read 'not yet'. I see Luna running towards me, Vina trying to catch me, and all the students looking at me. My eyes shut, slowly, as I hear Vina start to cry.

Every noice stop except for one. His foot steps as he leaves the scene of distraught kids.
