Everything was black. I couldn't see a thing. Finally things started going back to normal. At least I think. As I look around I notice I'm in the forest in my home town, but something is wrong. The air is dark and thin. That's when I notice it. Luna's past out. How? I freak out and run towards home. I forget about my wand in one hand and the spell book in the other. I just keep running. As I'm panting I notice something. Everyone in town is past out. It's seems as though every living thing is taking a nap, and it seems like it may be their last. I feel a cold shiver go down my back.
"Who's there?" I yell as I spin around. No one. It's a ghost town.
"Who's there?" It sounded like me, but I didn't say anything. Just a eco in this empty town.
"Please I know your there," I responded to the eco. Then the air got cold.
"Oh I am here, but do you really know that?" That made no sense. Of course I did. I can here it's breathing and its heartbeat. How? I don't know. "You think I'm around somewhere, but I'm not. I'm right here."
I turn around thinking it's there but it's not. That's when I remember the spell book. I open it quickly and search for a revel spell. I finally found one. It reads 'stomp your right foot and whisper JERNELEA' (show). I tried the spell and then the air around me started shifting. I feel a pain inside my stomach and then my shadow disappeared. I didn't notice right away, though. I only notice when it was almost to late.
"Hello. It's me again." It was that black creature that appeared from inside me before. Except this time the creature was my size and had my type of hair. Other then the hair it look like a spot-on. I started getting scared. I'm not sure why. I could just use that blast spell again.
I raise my right hand and yell, "MELDEONA!" The creature just move a little to the left and missed my attack.
"Your still to weak to face me. I should just kill you, but I will keep you so I can keep getting fears." It missed my attack. Now I was fully afraid. "Yes just like that. Fear."
The more I was afraid the more the creature evolved. It stayed my hight but it started looking more like me. Then it became a girl who look exactly like me except her hair was midnight black and she was wearing a black dress. The worst part was her dark eyes. They were lifeless and empty.
"Oh I'm sick of you calling me 'it' or 'she' or 'the creature'. My name is Mudesta. I'm you." The fear flowed into me.
It was like she read my mind and knew I was afraid.
Her eyes got darker and a thin, sly smile grew on her face.
