Nisha's POV
Todayy my Kayden turns 11 months and he is so active and busy I can barley keep up with him.
Me:Kayden don't put that in your mouth.
Me and Tanners relationship had gotten better and we are even planning our big wedding for next month and Kaydens birthday. Me and Kayden was alone today because Tanner had to go handle business again. So we decided to go to the mall and shop off of Tanners black card. Once we got to the mall I took Kayden out of his seat and placed him into his stroller. We first went to Charolette Russe so I could pick out me some shorts and dress for this hot summer then we went inside Children's Place and bought Kayden some short pants and tank tops. When I walked out I was greeted by someone I did not want to see it was Shawn's brother Scooter. My heart felt like it fell into a million pieces.
Scooter:Well well well if is isn't Nisha the famous Nisha and who's this?
My mouth was moving but no words was coming out I just tried to walk pass him.
Scooter:Don't you ever try to fuck walk pass me.
Me:I have to go I'm sorry
Scooter:Who's baby is this?
Me:It's my baby okay now move out my way.
Scooter:don't talk to me like that I'll kill you what did you do with my brother bitch.
Me:He left me for another women.
Scooter:Stop lying
Me: Leave me alone
As I tried to walk off he grab a pocket knife out my pocket and stuck it in the side of my stomach. Pain began to hit me so hard and I could feel myself getting weak.
Scooter:Walk and don't make anything look obvious. Is this my brothers baby?
When he bent over to try and touch Kayden I leaned in on him and punch him in the face with all my force I threw my bags on my shoulder and made a run for it. Once I got into my car I did sixty all the way home.
Tanner POV
Once I was back from assigning my workers to a block I was back home to see Nisha not there so I tried calling. After calling for multiple time it was still no answer and I told her I didn't like her going out like that with Kayden and she still went out. After calling for the twelfth time I heard them pull up outside I went out pacing because I was trying not to get to upset because I knew what I was capable of doing if I would have been mad.
Tanner:Where the fu--
Before I could finish my sentence I saw that she was crying.
Nisha:Tannerrrr HELP ME! Shawn brother scooter he tried to kidnap us.
I felt madness but scared because I didn't know what was going on I grabbed Kayden and we all walked in the house as we was walking in I went to put Kayden in his play pin and heard a fall. It was Nisha he had fell to the floor with a pool of blood leaking from her side. I ran to pick her up and carried her onto the chair to call a doctor I use for my own purpose. Once he came I went to get Kayden from down stairs rock him to sleep as I walked around.
Doctor:Well she's okay she had a knife wound that miss her liver by two centimeters. I stich her up and she's waiting for you upstairs.
Tanner: thank bruh.
After I gave him his monthly 2,000 I walked back upstairs put Kayden into his crib next to our bed and walked to her. She was so in so much fear to that when I touched her she flinched.
Nisha:(Crying)We are no longer safe.
Tanner:Yes we are baby look at me I love you and nothing's going to happen to you you hear me girl.
She shook her head and then looked at me I hold her while she cried in my arms. I then looked at her stomach to look at the scar that punk left on my women. I kissed it and told her that I don't want her going anywhere for a while. I hold her the whole night until she fell asleep. She awoke later that night from a bad dream.
Nisha:Tanner I had a dream that he killed you and Kayden and made me suffer.
Me:That ain't going to happen to me okay bae I love you and I am your protecter remember that.
Nisha POV
It was 8 in the morning when I woke up and when I went to pick up Kayden pain hit my side like I was being stab all over again I leaned back down only to get up a little more easier. After I got up I watched as Kayden sleep with his thumb in his mouth and legs bent I leaned over kissed him and smelled food cooking so I went down stairs to see if Tanner was about to burn the house down again. I walked down stairs with tanners black and red nike shirts and the red laced panties that I had on once I was in the kitchen I saw that Tanner actually cooked breakfast he had blueberry pancake,eggs and sausage patties. I was so stunned I stare at him for a minute until he turned around and notice me.
Tanner:Good morning bae.
Me:Good morning you cooked breakfast.
Tanner:Yeah I actually got up early and started to cook breakfast.
Me:Awe baby thank you soo much for this you really have stepped up.
Tanner: I love you and day by day I'm going to keep trying in for us to have a better life.
Me:I love you too and please don't ever leave me
Tanner: I won't baby now eat I dun messed up about a hundred pans cooking.
After eating me and Tanner went to talk more about at the mall and then head straight to the bedroom where we got straight to business. Tanner was the best sex I ever had since I meet him I loved him so much and he was someone I couldn't stay away from him. We decided that today we wasn't going to go anywhere we was going to stay home and just relax in our bed along with Kayden.
**Two hours later**
Tanners POV
I got up to see Nisha still asleep but no other than Kayden was up playing with his feet once he noticed that I was up he started smiling and wanted to play on me. I picked him up and let him jump up and down on the bed only for him to pull my dreads when I tried changing him. I decided that I would let Nisha sleep because I knew she needed a break from all the stress.
As I was changing Kaydens diaper he stilled wanted to pull dreads.
Me:Come on Kayden you gonna have daddy bald.
Kayden:DADA
My face lit up and all I could do was smile brightly I couldn't believe he just said da-da all I could do was smile and look at him with a surprised face.
Me:Kayden boy I love you.
I hugged him and jumped up in down until I woke Nisha.
Nisha:Why you so happy?
Me:Kayden just said dada
Nisha:What? Omg I missed it say it again Kayden
We sat him on the bed and we both stood in front of him saying dada together praying he would mock us.
Us:Da da da da
Kayden:Da da
We jumped into the air and Kayden loved it everytime he said it we did it. Today was a good day as and we was enjoying it until I got a phone call.
**Phone Convo**
Andre:what's up Mann
Me:Nun just heard Kayden say his first word
Andre: well when you get time tomorrow we gotta go take care that Scooter problem remember
Me:How could I forget you got the room and hotel that he is in!
Andre:Hell yeah nigga won't know what coming?
Me:hell no I want him all for myself this time so I can show him what fear is
Andre: ight nigga I'll talk to you later
Me:ight bruh
For the rest of the day we enjoyed family time but tomorrow was going to be a whole other day and I was going to make it the day I take another life.
