A Hopeless Romantic

Hawaii

As I lie in bed I feel the heat from the sun beaming down onto my face through the peeks from the window curtains. I try to stretch, but was limited due to someone lying on my body and head resting on my chest.

I quickly look down to see one of the twins!!

I quickly sit up and shake him. He slides down my waist and holds on tight. I try to push him off of me but he has a really strong grip.

I freeze for a minute, and touch his forearms wrapped around me, he is freezing cold. I look over in the corner of my room to see the heater is on blast.

I suddenly feel his cold hand reach up to cup my cheek. He stares at me with deep grey silver eyes. I couldn't look away as if I were drawn to his eyes.

He shifts down, brushing his lips against my neck, he stops and inhales.

"God, you smell so good." He says in a husky tone. I quiver underneath him as he spoke, with every breath sent a chill down my spine.

He then starts to play with the ends of my curly nappy hair. I look away not wanting to look directly at him and flush with embarrassment.

He then makes his way downwards, but stopping above my chest. He starts to nip and lick at my collar bone.

"P-please...stop." I muster up the courage to say, as I push him with all my might, but he wouldn't budge.

"Don't push me away... I want to play with you." He says catching me by surprise.

"W-what, no!" I say ripping the cover from us.

After a few seconds I quickly look away.

"Oh My God!!, Why are you naked!?!" I yell as he let me go. I scramble around him, to give him space.

After I screamed my dad and the other twin comes rushing in.

"Is everything alright?" My dad asks.

"No! Nothing is fine! Why are they still here!?!" I yell.

"Oh, Champ, I forgot to tell you..." he trailed off.

"Tell me what?" I asked confused

"I'll tell her, if that is ok with you?" Says The twin stepping inside.

"Alright Jarden, but hurry up and get ready for school!" He yelled running down the stairs.

He is probably preparing breakfast, because I began to smell smoke in the air.

I look at who is supposedly "Jarden" and see his face scrunched up and confused, he then looks my way and walks over.

"A few years ago our parents died..." He says looking forward, but not at me.

"Oh, but why come here?" I asked.

"Because your dad was our parents closest friend, so we trusted him more than others." He says fiddling with his fingers.

"Oh, well I understand all too well...how it feels to lose some one you loved or close to you." I say trying to comfort them both and push the thought of my mom out of my mind.

"We are grateful you understand." Says the twin zipping up his pants.

"Really!? It took you that long to get dressed?" I say

"Hey, beauty is power my dear." He says ruffling his curly poofy hair, but I couldn't help but stare at his chocolate abs.

I bit my lip to keep from drooling. Oh Jesus almighty father, give me strength to not jump on top of this boy and jump his bones. I then hear a snap clearing me from my trance.

"Like something you see?" He asks with a crooked smirk plastered over his face and I roll my eyes as he slides on a shirt.

"I have a question..." I trail off.

"Yes!" they both say at the same time.
(Ok that is starting to get creepier every time)

"How am I going to tell you apart?" I ask, but they just sit there and smirk.

"We have a game we play, but no one has ever guessed right-" one said

"Not even our parents." Said the other

"Alright, I love a good challenge!" I say smiling brightly.

"Guess That Twin!" They say doing the most awkward pose. I chuckle and shake my head.

"Ok what are the rules?" I ask questionable.

"Ok the rules are simple, you guess which one of us is Jordan or Jarden. If you guess wrong then you give us something and if you guess right, then we give you something.

"Anything?" I say smirking

"Anything." He repeats

"Ok let's play!" I say getting excited.

"Alright take your best shot!" They say

I look at both of them intensely...I then reflect on all the time I spent with them. I then retrace my steps when I screamed when finding out that one of the twins slept naked.

I then thought back to when dad allowed the twin to tell me their back story, and that's when it hit me.

I point to the twin who was in my bed and say "You are Jarden..." and turn towards the other twin and say "you are Jorden." I say confidently.

"Wrong!!" They both say criss-crossing their arms in an 'x' form.

"What!? But.."I say struggling to understand how I got this wrong.

"I know I got your name right, because when my dad called you Jarden you scrunched your face up." I say trying to prove a point.

"Huh?...oh I scrunched up my face, because I smelled smoke, your dad almost burned the biscuits!" He says fake crying. "Your dad called me the right name." He adds.

"Oh so you are Jarden?" I say unsure.

"Yep, but that doesn't matter now because now you owe us." He says walking around me.

"Oh f*ck me." I say as they laugh.

"It's not that bad, it will be....interesting." He says heading out the door with his brother trailing behind.

"I'm sure it will." I mutter as I get dressed and head downstairs.

When I get downstairs I grab me a plate of eggs, bacon, and biscuits.

"How you feelin' champ." My dad says taking a sip from his black coffee.

"Fine, I'm just glad it's almost summer break!" I say as I do a quick spin in the swivel chair.

"That's not it..." my dad trails off.

"What'd you mean?" I ask seeing the smirks on my dad and the twins face.

"We are going on a vacation!!" He yells pulling out four passports to Hawaii!!
