At The Park

From that day onwards everything continued as normal, but just without Claire.

Eventhough everyone never minded her for Shu, it felt like something was missing. Her time at first school was nearly up, next year would be her last year until hopefully her and friends would move on together at the same school.

Towards the end of that year they worked harder for the upcoming of one of their important exams. Mya would always be on her side, they would always help each other in lessons.

The one day Mya asked if they could go to the local park during that weekend. Shu said she had to check with her Mum to see if she had any plans for that weekend. When Shu was at home she got undressed out of her school uniform and sat in front of the TV with her mother discussing how her school day was and how some boys started a fight that day. Her Mum said that boys could be so immature sometimes.

After a while she brings up if she and Mya as well as a few friends could go to the park that weekend. Her mother of course said yes since she knew that Mya is a good person.

That morning of the day she was going to the park she got dressed in a plain purple t-shirt as well as some blue jeans. She got dropped off by her mother and walked in excitement to Mya. The sun was shining down on the surrounding trees as they giggled about how stupid some people can be and the wonderful times they had together. They went on the swings and slides as well as many obstacles that they climbed to the very top with Alexa, a girl called Lucy and Katie.

Some other girls took photos since they already had phones. Lucy said her birthday was in 4 days and smiled at everyone else. She was going to turn ten years old and everyone asked her if she was going to have a birthday party. She said she's having a party next weekend. Shu was hoping she was the one that was going to be invited.

The day passed quickly and before she knew it she was back at home saying that Lucy's birthday was soon and she wanted to get a present. She got a present for Lucy and enjoyed the birthday party since she was invited. The year passed in a blur not having many events occurring.
