Jade's POV: That night I went home, after Felix had confronted me, I was nervous and scared. Thinking about what I should do, how to defend myself. I just hoped Felix wouldn't say anything. I've known him since I was a child, this isn't him, he wasn't always like this. I remember back to when we were young and we would play in the backyard. Felix and I would try and prank Justin, we laughed and had so much fun. I honestly don't know what happened to Felix. Ever since he moved to live with his dad, everything's been different. I guess that's what happens when you grow up, you change. Tomorrow, I decided, maybe I should just tell Justin what happened, he won't like it, but it's better if it came from me. I'd been avoiding him for a few days and I knew he was getting suspicious. I guess I have to tell him. Of coarse he would believe me... Right?
Justin's POV: There's nothing scarier than getting woken up, in the middle of the street, by a complete stranger. My first thoughts were, am I still alive, have I been kidnapped, or am I still dreaming? Everything confused me and my head still hurt like mad. "Are you okay there?" A boy not much younger than me asked. I got up quickly and grabbed my skateboard that was about a metre away. "Yeah, I'm fine." I lied to the boy. I walked off rubbing my hand on my forehead. The boy stood there confused but I didn't look back. It was getting worse, the headaches, the aching, the sickening feelings. I can't keep hiding the fact that I'm sick. As I walked down the road I checked the time, I was already running late for school. I put my board on the ground and put one foot on it. 'Come on' Justin, I thought to myself, 'you are stronger than this.' I rode to school and when I got there I went straight inside, boarding down the hallway. When I reached my locker I saw Jade standing there. I stopped in front of her but couldn't look up to her face. "Hey." I said, sounding a little too moody. "What happened to your arm? And why do you look like you haven't slept in days?" Jade examined my arm, that I only just realized was covered with dried blood from last nights accident. "Nothing, I fell off my board." I said and covered up my arms with my skateboard. I started to walk off but she followed and walked with me. "I need to talk to you about something." Jade said. I turned my head and walked a bit faster. "I don't feel like talking." I said. "Justin please." Jade took my arm and pulled me back so I stopped walking. I looked up at her and she was looking at me like she did when I woke up from the hospital, as if I had forgotten her. "I'm done Jade, I can't do this anymore, we are over." I said.
"Look, whatever Felix told you he wasn't telling the full story." She said and put her hand behind my neck. "But did you kiss him?" I asked sternly. "Yes but it's not like that." Jade said. I took her hand and placed it back beside her. "It's over." I said and turned around. "I love you." She wouldn't give up. I started to walk away but she stopped me. "I know you love me too." Jade was trying to hold back her tears. "I'm sick." I said quietly with my head down. "What do you mean you're sick?" She asked. I took a moment to reply, "I have a brain tumor, from the accident." Jade went quiet, I turned around and saw the scarce look on her face. "I'm sorry." I said. She looked up at me and tears ran down her face. "Cancer?" She asked. I nodded and frowned. Jade hugged me and cried silently into my shirt. I hugged her back, placing my hand on her head. Then I pulled away, "I have to go to class." I said quietly. She nodded and wiped the tears from her eyes. "You'll get through this Justin, with or without me." Hearing her say that was heartbreaking. I kissed Jade on the forehead and gave her a strong look, as if saying goodbye.
Sydney's POV: "Derek!" I said and he turned around. It was lunch and I remembered Derek telling me I should sit with him one time. "Yay, you decided to sit with us." He smiled. I sat down in front of him at a table along with his friends and they all greeted me kindly. It had been a while since they'd seen me after we broke up. "Sydney, guess what." Derek said and leaned over the table and smiled, the happiest I've seen him for a while. "I'm looking after Henry this weekend." He said. "Really? That's great!" I smiled along with him and he took my hand, "thanks, thanks again for everything." I looked down at his hand on mind and then back at him, "Anytime." I said. Derek took out some chips and offered me some, "You should come over, on the weekend or something." He said. I shook my head, "No I don't want to intrude." "Don't be silly, I want you to meet Henry." Derek said. I looked at him and smiled, I felt honored. "Well.. Maybe I could come just for a little while." I said and he quickly said "great I'll see you Saturday" then he got up to put something in the bin. "I'll see you then." I said and turned around to talk to one of Derek's friends.

So sorry it took so long to add the new chapter. As a few of you may know I already started school, and it's harder update and keep up with schoolwork at the same time.
