Tori's P.O.V.

I struggled with the sanitizing wipes. My right elbow was stuck in the middle of the wheel, flying the ship. All the while my left leg is stretched onto the other seat, bleeding out onto the tin floor.

"Gghh, come on!!" I grumbled to myself, not being able to stretch to my thigh and keep the ship steady. I poured the cleaner onto the whip. "Oh that's a bird!!!" I dropped the container and gripped the wheel with both hands.

Expertly avoiding the bird I looked down to the floor. Almost all of the cleaner was now spilled on the floor surrounding my chair. I groaned in defeat, letting my head slump in font of my chest.

My leg was still gushing blood and I couldn't reach the bandages without leaving the pilot's seat. I glared at my pale leg with crimson flowing freely. "Stupid alien."

"What's going on in here??" My head snapped to the door. Steve was staring at me with a confused look in his blue eyes. I hid my face in my long hair. "Nothing, I'm fine!"

The sound of feet walking closer echoed in my ears. His soft hands slipped across my face and tucked my curls behind my ear. I looked at him with big blue eyes. The frown melted to a smile. "What are you doing in here? I thought you said you were fine."

I frowned and sat up straighter. "I am fine! I've never been better!" I crossed one arm over my chest and steered the ship with the other.

He glared at me, standing up with his muscular arms over his chest. "Well what happened to the floor?" I avoided his eyes. "I spilled the cleaner because I was still trying to fly the ship."

I felt his gaze on me shift to the buttons on the ship. "Well why didn't you just put the ship on auto pilot?" He asked, pressing the yellow button with his pointer finger. The steering wheel froze and I sat back in my chair.

I hadn't thought about that but I needed a better excuse. I looked up at him with squinted eyes. "Because I'm stubborn." I grouched, turning my head up.

He laughed and bent down to the ground. "Well I know that." I watched him wipe up the spilled liquid and close up the bottle.

I felt slightly exposed in my black boxer shorts. I needed to clean the bite on my leg and it was up pretty high!

As he went to get up his eyes fell on my blood stained leg. "What did you do?" He looked at me worried before standing.

"It's not what I did and I have it perfectly covered so you don't need to help me!" I insisted, snatching the cleaner from his hands. I went to move my leg but a pain coursed through my leg muscles. I clenched my teeth as I hissed in pain.

I looked to Steve who had taken his 'in charge' stance. "I'm perfectly fine!"

He blinked. "Mhm tell that to the floor!" I looked down below me and saw a red puddle.

I frowned as he moved onto the chair my leg was on. We gently moved it on top of his lap and scooted the chair closer to me. "What are you doing?" He grabbed the cleaning supplies without even glancing up at me. "I'm helping you weather you like it or not!" His voice was firm and even though I may win the argument there would be a cost at doing so.

I growled in my throat before sinking into my chair. I was getting light headed from the blood loss but I wasn't about to tell him that!

The blonde man carefully poured the rest of the cleaner onto a cloth. I felt my cheeks heat up as he moved to clean the cut. The bite itself was a little higher then my knee but the blood hand leaked slightly higher than that.
