Meeting the true Robin

*Nyx's POV*
After my training session I got into the shower humming a song. AKA the song above I smiled as the water ran along my aching body I sighed and turned off the shower and got out changing into ripped light blues skinny jeans and a tank top and walked out and put my clothes in the washer and walked into the comman room.a When I walked in everyone was sitting around watching Cyborg and Garfield play Mario cart. I smiled and sat down in between Raven and Robin. Cyborg crossed the finish line defeating my brother. "What do ya say Nyx? Wanna play a round?" Cyborg asked looking up at me. "Sure as long as you don't hold back!" I said smiling and sliding down on the floor beside Cyborg. "I didn't plan to!" He said laughing as he handed me the controller. I chose Princess Peach and Cyborg chose Mario starting the round. I took a deep breath and waited for the light to turn green. I took off not messing up not missing a single turn. I won by 2.5 seconds ahead of everyone. Cyborg looked at the screen wide eyed. "H-how!?" He asked looking at me I smiled. "Just because I was captured dosnt mean I missed out on thing. I mean I did but video games were not one of them. The d...,"I trailed off remembering him. I clenched my fist and took a shakey breath."The director let you have one choice for entertainment and I chose video games...this was one of them. Speaking of which what did you chose Garfield?" I asked looking at him. "The same thing sis." He said with a sad grin. I sighed remembering the place. I shivered and shook my head. "I even remember when the director told me you had escaped......I felt so alone it was two years later that JJ helped me escape like he did you....but honestly it still hurts that you left me alone there.." I said looking at Garfield then at the floor tearing up. "I'll be right back....i-i just got to go cool down..." I said getting up and walking to the roof. I sighed and let the crisp cool air flow around me. "It feels like just yesterday mom Garfield and I were happy,but now it's nothing but a memory..."I shook my head and sighed at the thought. "Nyx?" I turned around to see Robin standing behind me with a worried look. "Its all right I'm okay I didn't run away or anything.." I said with a small smile. He walked over to me and sat down beside me. "Beast boys worried about you." He said looking at me worriedly. "I know he is I just needed a breath of fresh air that's all."I said looking up at him. He smiled and hugged me out of nowhere. I stiffened up but hugged him back. "You have no idea how important you are to me to all of us..." He said into my ear. "Robin?" I asked blushing slightly. "Nyx please say you'll stay forever I...I don't want to lose you..." he said trailing off I blushed deeper and pulled back looking at him. "Robin-" he cut me off. "Dick Grayson...."he said. "Robin?"I asked stunned? "My real name is Dick Grayson." He said with a small smile. "Oh Dick huh it's a weired name to pronounce...." I said trailing off. "Nyx I want you to know I care about you deeply....and your the only one I've done this to..." he said trailing off as he reached up to touch his mask. I blushed and stopped him. "Robin you don't have to."I said looking into his masked eyes. "Nyx I want to..." he said holding my hand. I blushed and looked into his eyes. "Fine but on one condition I get to take it off." I said smiling. He smiled and nodded. "Go ahead." He said softly. I took a deep breath and gently reached up and took off his mask. His beautiful blue eyes looked into my eyes. I blushed and looked away embarrassed. He grabbed my face gently forcing me to look at him and he pressed his lips against mine. His lips were soft like roses I blushed and gently kissed him back as I rapped my arms around his neck and he rapped his arms tightly around my waist. We pulled back for air and I blushed heavily. "Why?" I asked confused as to why he kissed me. "Nyx I like you...I couldn't hold back anymore..." He said looking at me. "You l-like me?"I looked at him as my face went bright red as he nodded. "I-i think I like you too...." I said trailing off as I looked down. He grabbed my face again and pressed his soft lips to mine in a final kiss. He pulled back and stood up. "Come on everyone's waiting on your return." He said holding his hand out with a smile and with the other hand putting his mask back on. I grabbed his hand and we walked into the tower holding hands all the way into the comman room. "Nyx!" Garfield said rushing to me and Robin. "I'm so sor-" he noticed our hands and he glared at Robin. "What do you think your doing with my sister!" He yelled. "Calm down Garfield it's okay.." I said blushing and looking up at Robin. "Yeah I'll take good care of her beast boy." Robin said smiling at me then looking at my brother. Garfield had a shocked expression on his face when he heard the news. "Y'all are dating?!" He yelled shocked. "Y-yeah..." I said my face turning red and Robin squeezed my hand. "Garfield it's fine he's okay I'm happy for once since I seen you again..." I said letting go of robins hand and hugging my brother. "If he does anything to you I'm beating the shit out of him."Garfield said hugging me tightly. "I know." I said with a smile as I let go of him and I walked beside Robin. He smiled and planted a kiss on my forehead causing me to blush deeply. "Congrats friends!" Starfier said hugging us in a bone crushing hug. "Yeah good job Rob." Cyborg said from the floor. "Agreed." Raven said looking up from her book with a smile. "You guys!" I said tearing up with happy tears. Robin smiled and hugged me tightly. I snuggled into him and smiled happily. This has to be the best day of my life so far! I thought smiling up at Robin. "Its getting late let's go to bed." Robin said and everyone agreed. "He walked me to my room and kissed me goodnight and he went into his room. I soon fell asleep.
I woke up screaming with sweat running down my back. I can't do this...not tonight... I got out of bed and walked out of my room and to Robins door. I knocked gently and heard a sigh and someone get out of bed. Robin opened the door soon after. "Nyx what's wrong?!" He asked looking at me worried. "I had a nightmare and I didn't want to sleep alone...." I said trailing off. "Here come on in my room." He said grabbing my hand and pulling me into his room. I looked up at him sort of sadly. "The dream was about the day my mom died..." I said trying not to cry. He pulled me into his chest stroking my hair. " Shhh it's going go be okay I'm here nothing going to happen to you." He said softly. I nodded and held onto his shirt taking deep calming breaths. "Come on let's go to bed." He said looking into my eyes. I nodded and he guided me into his big bed. I was wearing my short shorts and a tank top. He was in shorts and a t-shirt. He pulled me to his chest hugging me tightly. I took a deep breath and cuddled into him with a small smile. "I love you Nyx."he said softly. "I love you to Robin." I said looking up at him as he kissed me softly before we fell asleep in each other's arms.
