The time finally came and I wasn't gonna lie, I was nervous.
Everytime I even mentioned liking someone my parents went crazy.
I'll be there in a couple minutes. Are you ready? -Hoseok.
I am. I'll see you soon. -Y/n❤
♪
When I got to Y/n's I knocked on the door and waited.
When the door opened my heart stopped.
She looked absolutely gorgeous.
She was wearing a light pink dress and her hair was curled nicely.
She looked beautiful.
I was the luckiest man in the world.
"Hey." she says and I smile.
"Hey." I say.
"I'm kinda scared." she admits.
"It'll be okay. You can hold my hand the whole time." I say and she smiles a little and thanks me.
"Let's get going. I don't want to be late." I say and she says okay then follows me over to my car.
With that we drive to the restaurant.
Even I was nervous.

♪Your pov♪When we got to the restaurant I felt myself becoming even more nervous and my stomach was turning.
I wasn't even sure I could eat because that's how bad it was.
His parents scared me and I wasn't ready to hear what they had to say.
"This way." Hoseok says gently as he guides me over to a table where I see his parents sitting side by side.
"You made it." his father says once we get to the table.
Hoseok bows then pulls the chair out for me to sit.
I thank him and watch as he sits down too.
"Let's order." His mother says and his father replies with a nod then begins to skim the menu.
After we order all eyes are on me.
"So, Y/n, how long have you been dancing?" His mother asks and her eyes seemed to burn right into my soul.
"For as long as I can remember I've been dancing." I say and she nods then looks over at Hoseok.
"Didn't you say she stopped for a while?" She asks and he nods.
"Why is that?" She asks. "Mother.." Hoseok warns.
"No, it's okay." I say.
"My parents were dancers and they taught me everything but they passed away and after that I just couldn't bring myself to dance." I say, a pain in my chest at the memory.
"So you stopped dancing because of that?" She asks.
I nod.
"I feel that would have made you stronger. Stopping was a weak thing to do." she says and my mouth goes dry as I feel tears stinging my eyes.
I clench my fists under the table and Hoseok's eyes widen at his mother.
"Honey." his father says in a warning tone and she releases a breath and shakes her head.
"I apologize, that was a bit much." she says and I just nod, too upset to speak.
I feel Hoseok grab my hand under the table and I try to calm my nerves.
I really wanted to cry right now but of course I couldn't so I just squeezed onto his hand.
"What are your plans for the future?" Hoseok's father asks after a moment.
"Well since I've made it into your school I'm taking dancing a lot more serious. I plan to do it as a career now." I say and he smiles.
"I'm glad we've helped you come to terms with that." he says.
I could definitely tell that his father was way nicer than his mom.
"Hoseok has really taught me a lot." I say.
"In dancing or other things?" His mother asks and my eyes widen as do Hoseok's.
"What? I just want to make sure they're keeping this serious. Hoseok knows what I said. If she doesn't motivate him and keep his brain on dancing, I won't accept this." his mother says and Hoseok squeezes my hand under the table.
"Y/n is always motivating me to dance. Truthfully, I feel more inspired to dance since she's been here." Hoseok says and I feel myself smile.
"Well let's keep it that way." she says and then the food comes.
I was still hurt over what his mother said earlier but I wouldn't keep dwelling on it because it would only hurt me more.
So far, I didn't like his mother.
She was mean and honestly, she scared me.
I need to find a way to stay on her good side.
