Chapter 22

"Carla". He shouted.

She walked into the room. she was an older Spanish lady. She looked nice.

"Carla make lunch for her". "no cucumber she is allergic to it". he tells her

I just sat there. as she made lunch. She made me grilled cheese for lunch. it was yum. After I was done eating.

"Why was the bedroom locked"? I ask

"There were people over". "I didn't want them to come in and scare you". he tells me.

"Oh, ok that makes sense", "I have my own room now"? I ask confused

"yes, you have your own room because of your accident". I didn't know if you would remember me". "I think it's better for now that you have your own space". He tells me.

"Why can't my tv get channels". I ask

He gave me a stern look.

"Because you don't need to watch tv". "you have books and movies understand"! he tells me.

"Yes, Sir" I replied

Why won't he let me watch tv there is more going on here then he wants to tell me and I know it. I have a bad feeling.

"does my family know what happened"? I asked.

"I called them and told them, "but I think its best that you have no contact for a little while". just till I know you are better and you remember them". he says.

"I do remember my family, dad, mom and my sister". I tell him.

"Cheyanne, I will update your family when I am ready to". he tells me.

"Yes Sir". I say.

I wasn't going to fight him his word is final. I know it.

"Can I please go back to my room and finish my movie" I asked in my sweetest voice?

He smiled again. this is strange he doesn't smile. I have seen him do it a couple of times now.

"Of course,", he says

unhooked the leash and I took off to my purple room. Once I got up there I put the movie back on and grabbed the Teddy and hugged him tight. I laid down with my head on the pillow.

Before I knew it, Sir was waking me up. I rubbed my eyes.

"Sir". I say.

He looked at me

"I was just checking in on you". "It got quiet". "I wanted to make sure you were ok". He says

"I am fine". I reply.

"well its dinner time come down and have something to eat".

He tells me while hooking my leash on.

"It's Tacos" he tells me.

I got excited. I love tacos. I am one of them people that could eat Mexican food every day. They had to be the best Tacos I have had in my life. I didn't want to stop eating but I was so full.

"I have some work". "I need to go and do". "I would feel more comfortable if you were in your room while I am out". he says.

"You don't trust me anymore I take it". I replied.

"I do trust you but people will be coming in and out". "I don't want you around them". "I will be locking your door". "you will have access to the bathroom and I will let you take a soda and some popcorn to your room and you can watch another movie", also there is a cup in the bathroom if you need to get water". He tells me.

I was kind of bummed I wanted to see more of the house. I agreed and we went to my room. He handed me my soda and popcorn.

"I will be back in a couple of hours to check on you". he says

He took my leash off and hung it on the door and walked out. I heard the lock. I walked over to the movies and was shocked there was more Jurassic parks. I grabbed the second one, put it in and sat on the bed drinking my soda, eating my popcorn. I was on the third movie when Sir opened the door. He came in and sat at the end of the bed.

"You are enjoying the movie. He asks.

Yes, there awesome. I reply.

"Once the movie is over I want you to get some sleep". He tells me.

"Yes Sir". I reply.

He gets up and leaves. I finished the movie and turned off the tv and cuddled my teddy and drifted off to sleep.
