Lance nudged Pidge again and woke her up, closing his door and running around the other side to open the door for Keith, who blushed.
"Such a gentlemen." He chuckled and took Lances hand and walked up to Shiro's house, greeting his parents and walking into his room. Allura immediately led on Shiro's bed, looking at Shiro and smirking seductively, he just rolled his eyes and started to hand out everyone's food. Lance threw Pidges food at her, luckily the box stayed intact and the burger didn't spill on the floor.
"Don't throw her the drink Lance. You'll be cleaning it up." Shiro said and Allura climbed off the bed to sit on his lap, taking her chicken nuggets from his prosthetic hand, and eating them.
"But this isn't my house." Lace said and shrugged.
"Exactly" Shiro said, eating his burger.
Lance slurped his Coke and leaned onto Keith, who smirked at him, while Pidge and Hunk had started a chicken nugget war next to them, Pidge was winning, and she tackled him to the ground. Everyone laughed, though they suspected that Hunk had gone easy on Pidge.
They decided to watch a movie as they cleared up the food, Lance had suggested they watch The Woman in Black, to which Hunk, Shiro and Keith objected to.
"Why not?" Lance pouted. "Are you guys scared?" He smirked, Keith just groaned. "Fine let's watch something child friendly." He giggled.
"How about High School Musical?" Allura suggested and Lances eyes lit up, which didn't go unnoticed by Keith, and he nodded eagerly, Pidge just groaned but assumed she was out numbered.
"What's High School Musical?" Keith asked, and Lance just about died, to which everyone rolled their eyes.
"What?! You don't know..? I can't deal with this Allura put it on." They all sat on Shiro's bed, and Allura presses play, running back and jumping on Shiro, they all simultaneously groaned, and Allura giggled and got comfy, wrapping her arms around Shiro, as the movie started.
Keith cuddled up to Lance and laid his head on Lances chest, listening to his heartbeat, matching their breathing. Every now and then he would look up at Lance, who would smile back at him. When the first film ended, Lance pleaded that they watched the other ones, Pidge had fallen asleep, and Hunk had decided to take her home, Shiro called them a taxi, leaving the two couples.
The four were still awake when the last film came around, and Lance pulled Keith up to dance with him, singing along to the music.
"Take my hand, take a breathe, pull me close and take one step." He smiled at Keith, and took his hands, putting the other arm around his waist. "Keep your eyes, locked on mine." He sang and started dancing, mimicking the movie. "And let the music, be your guide."
"Won't you promise me, we'll keep dancing, wherever we go next." Allura had joined in, and pulled Shiro up with her.
"It's like catching lightning the chances of finding someone like you." Lance and Allura sang together as their partners smiled and dance with them. "It's one in a million the chances of feeling the way we do."
"And with every step together." Lance and Keith danced as he blushed. "We just keep on getting better, so can I have this dance." He smirked. "Take my hand, I'll take the lead and every turn will be safe with me" Lance spun Keith once and he looked up at Lance and blushed. "Don't be afraid, afraid to fall, you know I'll catch you through it all." He giggled.
"Laaaannce." Keith sighed though he was secretly enjoying it.
"And even a thousand miles can keep us apart, cause my heart is wherever you are." He sang, smiling at Keith as they continued to dance. "It's like catching lightning the chances of finding someone like you. It's one in a million the chances of feeling the way we do."
Lance and Keith were so busy staring lovingly at each other as Lance sang that they didn't realise Allura and Shiro had stopped dancing and were now recording them and taking pictures.
"And with every step together we just keep on getting better so can I have I have this dance? No mountains too high enough no rivers to wide. Cause together or not, we were meant to be." He sang.
"Lance." Keith blushed again.
"It's like catching lightning the chances of finding someone like you it's one in a million the chances of feeling the way we do. So can I have this dance? Can I have this da-ance." He smirked and they stopped spinning.
"We've stopped." Keith said looking up at Lance.
"Yeah we have."
"I didn't know you could sing." Keith said.
"I have many talents" Lance smirked, his arms still wrapped around Keith, his eyes only on Keith. The shorter boy snaked his arms around Lances neck and pulled him closer, their lips meeting in the middle, completely forgetting anyone else was in the room.
"They're so cute Allura." They heard Shiro say, his voice like a whisper. They broke apart and looked at each other and then turned to look at Shiro, as Allura nudged him in the ribs. "Ow!" He said and tickled her, until she was a panting mess, giggling wildly, Lance and Keith just smiled at them.
"I better get the Mullet home." Lance said, hooking his arm around Keith, and ruffled his hair. They helped clear up the food and said they're goodbyes and got into Lance's car. Keith leaned on Lance as he drove, his eyes slowly closing, the radio playing softly in the background, Lance's crappy heating system blowing hot air around them. "Hey wake up." Lance shook Keith as they arrived at his front door, but Keith didn't stir.
Lance smiled and walked around the other side of his car and picked Keith up, closing the door with his foot, knocking on the door with his foot as well. Keith's Dad opened the door and looked at Keith asleep in Lances arms, and smiled.
"Big day?" He chuckled and held the door open for Lance to walk through and up the stairs, Keith's Dad following behind, watching as he laid Keith on his bed. "He really cares about you, you know. He keeps asking about the case." Keith's Dad said.
"Does he?" Lance asked as he walked away from Keith towards his door.
"Yeah, I can see you care about him too." He smiled and led Lance downstairs. "I've sorted out a court date, I told your brother about everything. It's in a week, if you're still up for testifying?"
"Yeah, I guess." Lance said after a while. "So I just have to show up and tell them what happened and that's it?" Lance asked looking up to Keith's Dad as they reached the hall.
"Yeah, I would write a statement first, just to be prepared." He smiled. "Thanks for bringing him home." He said, changing the subject. "He's been, happier with you, I haven't seen him like that in a long time, so thank you." He smiled again.
"It's fine, I like making him happy." Lance smiled as Keith's Dad opened the door again. "Tell him I said goodnight." Lance chuckled and walked out the door, waving from his car as he drove away.
end of chapter 15
i don't know what that was, I just had a crazy idea about HSM and I needed Lance and Keith in it. Hope you liked it.
Also I need y'alls decision on something. Should I have a really angsty heart shattering ending, or an average meh ending?
