I'M ANNOYED, I'VE FOUND ANOTHER PLOT HOLE AND IT'S IRRITATING ME. Thankfully, it's rather small BUT STILL, I'M ANNOYED. I THOUGHT I HAD ALL THE PLOT HOLES WRINKLED OUT.

3rd person POV
The lone figure stood still on the pillar, placed on the outskirts of the island made of pale yellow stone. Their eyes watched as the Ender Dragon flew over its domain, belching his purple flame. Around the island, several other pillars were dotted, each holding a slowly rotating purple sphere at its crown. Every now and then, a beam of purple light shot from a sphere and connected with the flying Dragon, healing it. The figure waited, displaying some of the endless patience that it possessed. If need be, it would stand here for hours. But that was not the case. A black square of what seemed to be stars shimmered into existence about two metres from the hard yellow ground. Nothing happened for a moment, then someone dropped from the blackness and landed on their feet, instantly followed by several others. The figure quickly counted them, noting their appearances. Good. All six were here. And the dog. The figure allowed themselves a slight smile as the Dragon noticed the intruders on its territory. The show was about to begin.

Zip was the first one who dropped out of the portal. As soon as she had seen her surroundings, she dropped her eyes to the ground and hissed "Keep your eyes down!" to the others. They instantly obeyed and each slowly drew their weapon.

"You didn't mention that there'd be endermen Alex!" Jade muttered, his voice taunt.

"It's called the End," Alex whispered back. "I thought it would be obvious!"

A roar interrupted any reply that Jade would have made and each of the group's eyes flicked up to the massive black shadow that was descending rapidly towards them.

"THAT'S A MASSIVELY HUGE DRAGON!" Luke yelled in fright. "YOU DIDN'T SAY IT WOULD BE THAT BIG ALEX!"

"IT'S A DRAGON," Alex said back, trying to be heard over the terrifying roar. "OF COURSE IT'S GOING TO BE HUGE!"

"SCATTER!" Zip ordered.

Everyone dove in a random direction, rolling to evade the purple flame that poured from the Ender Dragon's mouth. Luke went up to a crouch, eyes watching the Dragon as it swooped up into the air and being very careful to not meet eyes with the endermen who strolled along below. They might have seemed harmless, but endermen become very offended if you looked at them or went close to them.

"Luke! Jade!" he heard Alex yell. "The Ender Crystals are on top of the pillars!"

Luke looked up to his right and saw one such pillar stretching high into the sky. Something at the top cast out a faint purple light.

"Luke, we'll get on top of the shortest one!" he heard his twin brother yell.

"Got it!" he yelled back. He started sprinting for the shortest tower, his eyes now lowered towards the ground. His right hand held his iron sword and his left hand held the enchanted pickaxe. He saw his brother come up several metres to his right, also running towards the tower. They both came to a stop at the base, panting slightly from adrenaline.

"Right, next problem," Luke said. "How the heck are we going to get up?"

"Climb?" Jade suggested, motioning to the rough surface of the pillar that would make excellent handholds.

Luke sighed. "I was worried you would say that," he muttered, putting away his two weapons. The brothers each found two hand holds and two foot holds and began to make their way up the 10 metre high tower.

Back at the portal (which was now closing after them), Alex loaded an arrow onto his bow. "Zip!" he called. "I'm going to get rid of those other Crystals, otherwise they'll just keep healing the Dragon. But I'll need someone to watch my back."
